The Halo Halo gave me the warm feeling that only my sweet hot mama used to give. Needless to say, I'll be coming again.

Good morning, I'm excited to leave my review for 'Red Ribbon Bakeshop' after an amazing visit. I'm giving it 5 stars without hesitation, especially for their empanadas, which are, frankly, the best I've ever had the pleasure of tasting. Not only was the food remarkable, but the presentation of the dishes and customer service were both top-notch. I was treated with a warmth and professionalism that is rare to see, making me feel truly valued. I highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates good food and exceptional service. It's definitely a spot I plan to return to.

We ordered the mango roll cake for my mom's birthday online for pickup. It was super quick to pick up the cake. The cake tasted delicious with a good amount of mango flavor.

Today Sunday late afternoon and I order 1 regular iced avocado and I waited for 30 mins. The guy cashier gave my order to another Lady that he didn’t even realized I was first . He didn’t even ask for a number but when the lady went up to register and asked him if that was her order and the cashier gave it to her without askin for her number. I was ahead of her. Just because we ordered same drink for only 1- doesn’t mean the order was rightfully hers. I was very disappointed at the cashier. And I waited for another 10 minutes until I went up to the register and ask for my order. They didn’t even apologize or anything! The cashier said oh I don’t know. And the other guy cashier oh here you go! No apologies or anything like it’s my fault! That is so rude!!!! I also had a mother that was waiting for me from the Bus stop.

I love their cakes though it’s a little pricey ?

I bought some bread, I ussually check the expiration date since I'm by myself I have to make sure I will buy the one with a longer expiration date. I have experience buying bread from red ribbon and after two days I throw it in the garbage. The cashier his name is Kevin staring at me like he was mad. So I ask him If I can get the one in a bag, And he said not really but you already doing it. (rude)I usually don’t have a problem with that. It is still on the shelf (Nakadisplay po) He was not ok, not smiling at all I guess he was tired or something like I did a very big deal. My mistake was I still bought the bread I should have just left when I was paying I can tell to his face that he was pissed off even though I explain to him why I need to buy the one that expires in 4 days than buying the one that expires in 2 days.

We asked the cashier if we can have a new pack of mocha mamon since the display will expire after 2 days...Since we saw boxes of mamon in the counter to be pack, we ask if we can have a new one. The girl flatly said NO, SHE CAN'T SELL IT TO US...WOW, FLATLY RUDE. They rather not sell, bad customer service!!!!

Excellent desserts including Halo Halo; Mamon; etc. My friends from Arizona are hoping that a store opens up in Chandler, AZ or Gilbert, AZ.

I bought a cake today and it was old and the bread was very dry I really didn't think it would be that bad because I had previously bought one and it was very good and this time I was disappointed 11/16/22

Lots of good Filipino cakes (mango, yema)! My all time faves Brazo de Mercedez and Sans Rival and empanadas. Mask and social distancing are imposed!
