Good morning, I'm excited to leave my review for 'Red Ribbon Bakeshop' after an amazing visit. I'm giving it 5 stars without hesitation, especially for their empanadas, which are, frankly, the best I've ever had the pleasure of tasting. Not only was the food remarkable, but the presentation of the dishes and customer service were both top-notch. I was treated with a warmth and professionalism that is rare to see, making me feel truly valued. I highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates good food and exceptional service. It's definitely a spot I plan to return to.

We ordered the mango roll cake for my mom's birthday online for pickup. It was super quick to pick up the cake. The cake tasted delicious with a good amount of mango flavor.

I've ordered many company team members birthday cakes from here. The Mango and Black Forest cakes are always requested! These cakes are always tasty- not overloaded with sugar. My orders have always been on point! The store is clean and displays great dessert options.

Place is clean, food's great, but the customer service is only okay. My main complaint is their cake writing skills. I specifically asked if they were able to write pretty on the cake (otherwise I could've just found a different red ribbon to go to) and they said yes, and ruined my mom's birthday cake. I'll definitely be taking some cake decorating lessons myself so I don't have to go through this again.

Bad customer service. I paid 10 cents for a bag during checkout and they tried to stuff everything in the cheap, free grocery bag. When i ask them to give me a different bag because i already paid for the bag, they gave me the look and said "here your 10 cents bag"

Today Sunday late afternoon and I order 1 regular iced avocado and I waited for 30 mins. The guy cashier gave my order to another Lady that he didn’t even realized I was first . He didn’t even ask for a number but when the lady went up to register and asked him if that was her order and the cashier gave it to her without askin for her number. I was ahead of her. Just because we ordered same drink for only 1- doesn’t mean the order was rightfully hers. I was very disappointed at the cashier. And I waited for another 10 minutes until I went up to the register and ask for my order. They didn’t even apologize or anything! The cashier said oh I don’t know. And the other guy cashier oh here you go! No apologies or anything like it’s my fault! That is so rude!!!! I also had a mother that was waiting for me from the Bus stop.

It's all time favorite for Filipino Cakes and off course my favorite the Pancit Palabok! Majority of their bake goods are really soft and yummy!
3.5+ stars. First time trying Empanadas from Red Ribbon and they were good! I liked that the crust was buttery without being greasy and the flavors all tasted different for each of the Chicken, Beef, and Pork. They were also filling, affordable, and not like other Empanadas I've had.The Chicken Empanada was the best out of the variety pack as the meat was tender. The Beef and Pork had a bite to them, which I wasn't expecting as I thought the meat would be more melt in your mouth or stewed. Flavor wise all were yummy though. They had a promotion on DoorDash where you got a free Empanada if you ordered certain items, which was nice. I'm very curious about their mango cake and will have to order for my family one day.

We asked the cashier if we can have a new pack of mocha mamon since the display will expire after 2 days...Since we saw boxes of mamon in the counter to be pack, we ask if we can have a new one. The girl flatly said NO, SHE CAN'T SELL IT TO US...WOW, FLATLY RUDE. They rather not sell, bad customer service!!!!

When I need a savory bite, I will go for the chicken empanada. They are nice and warm, ready to eat. Can't go wrong with any of the desserts, mango bar is a must, the mocha mamon is my favorite!!!!! The desserts have just the right amount of sweet. The service is always friendly. They do have a few tables to sit and enjoy your food if you can't wait. Ample parking at the location. One of my favorite places for desserts.

I called in my order of pancit palabok and informed them I'm picking it up in 30 minutes but when I got there, that's when they started preparing it. Had to wait a long time. Then I ordered 6 of their chicken empanadas to but the lady wouldn't start packing it until the other one is done with the palabok. I asked her to get it ready so I. An get out of there but she was soooo slow and I was the only customer!!!!
