I messed up my online order by putting in the wrong date, sent an email in a bit of a panic, and the owner promptly and graciously addressed the issue, ensuring that we received our cheesecake on time! The Banana Rum Cheesecake was the best cheesecake we've ever had. I highly recommend this bakery for both their incredible cheesecakes and exceptional service.

Picked up a small Ube Cheesecake ($8) at the San Ramon Farmers Market. It is palm-sized; a bit small for $8 but the flavor is there! Ube is subtle but you can definitely taste it. Not floral tasting like other Ube-flavored items at other places (Lacaphe in San Jose). Very creamy texture for the cake. There is a small crust at the bottom. I do like cheesecakes with a thicker crust but this one is still good. The cheesecake is also not too sweet.I'd definitely stop by again to try other flavors and wouldn't mind buying a bigger sized cake for events or larger groups!

SF East Bay. Not a fan of cheesecake but Reuschelle’s might just change my mind! Saw their stall at the Castro Valley Saturday Farmers Market & bought two mini’s for $15. The mini’s look exactly like mini’s but I found it pretty filling. Absolutely loved the ube cheesecake which had that distinct ube flavor, not toned down. The other flavor we got was the maple peach bourbon which tbh we were not into & I think the bourbon needed to cook down some more. We’ll definitely try other flavors!

The cheesecake was creamy and delicious. Exactly what I hoped it would taste like. It was perfect for celebrating someone special. Order and pickup were very quick and easy. The owner was very nice. I will definitely order cheesecake there again.

Victor of Reuschelle's cheesecakes creates lovely cheesecakes and gives create customer service. My favorite is the maple peach bourbon cheesecake! The sauce on top keeps it so moist, it has a great ratio of peaches to cream to crust (I like a lot of peaches). My best friend loves the strawberry shortcake cheesecake! Victor does both rotating flavors for each weekends farmers market (san Ramon saturday & west Oakland Sunday) but he also does custom orders of many possible flavors including vegan! He sells the cakes in three differences, 3 inch, 7 inch, and 9 inch.

These cheesecakes are a destructive force of nature, they are that good. The blueberry cheesecake was sooo fresh the berries just bursted in your mouth! That original is die for it think and creamy with the perfect gram cracker crust. If I ever need a cheesecake in the bay I k ow for sure who I am calling! Thanks for sending my taste buds on a trip! This review was about 5 years ago and since then have still been buying these amazing cheesecakes and victor has branched out to more areas to spread his amazing cheesecakes. I try to catch him at the San Ramon farmers market when I can to try some of the 3 inches sizes or just to get my cheesecake fix. His cheesecakes have been a staple in all my family gathering and will continue to be.

I can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review for Victor and Reuschelle's because we've been ordering cheesecake for our annual event for at least five years now. Victor comes through, not just with professionalism and personality, but also with the most delicious cheesecake that any human can make. It's the perfect dessert for our buffet-style fundraiser (we have them cut into tiny squares and add toothpicks). Everyone asks about the cheesecake and they're gone within minutes. Bonus: He even offers vegan and gluten free options. Victor is a great person and an even better dessert chef.

FULL DISCLOSURE, I've never eaten their cheesecake. My family and I are cheesecake lovers and are always on a quest to find tasty cheesecake. We went to Yelp to see what our options were and found this place. Reviews were good, wasn't too out of the way- so boom, we went. We pull up to the address that is on their page, A st Hayward, and there was no one there. We called the number and someone answered and said that they in fact don't have a storefront. We could purchase their cheesecakes at the farmers markets. He also stated that he does in fact sell cheesecake til 2 BUT it's at the West Oakland Farmers Market. I informed him that their Yelp didn't indicate that, and he replied..."yeahhhh I know." I would still love to try these cheesecake but please shift your hours/locations/address to accurate info. If we would have known, we would've just came to west Oakland instead of wandering up and down A st looking for the shop.
