I have ordered take out from this location several times, and the quality of the food has been more or less consistent. My last order on 09/13/25 was terrible; the pizza crust was tough and hard to chew, the new bacon and cheddar twists had no bacon or cheddar, and the dough was chewy and gummy, just inedible. The potato wedges were a bit raw, the entire order seemed rushed and underbaked.I don't think I'll be ordering from this location again.

Stopped by in the afternoon to eat. I like the salad bar, all you can eat style. Price is reasonable for what I got. Good place to have a salad and pizza for a moderest budget. Recommend this place for lunch and dinner. My overall experience is five stars 🌟

I used to frequent this location because I literally work across the street but not anymore. Quality of food still decent.But the customer service is horrendous. The middle aged lady that I believe is the supervisor has an attitude and always gives me hard time when picking up my order.

The price is cheaper than the other Round Tables in the area, and the pizzas are better too. This is my go-to Round Table whenever I’m in Hayward/Union City.

I ordered a pizza a couple of weeks ago, and had my mother pick up the pizza because I was sick and unable to myself. I had paid with my Apple Pay balance and put my mother’s name down as the pick up person. Later on my mother called at the store stating that the young lady working there was refusing to give her an ALREADY MADE pizza because she did not have the form of payment for an ALREADY PAID order. My mother offered to show her ID to prove that she was the pick up person listed. However, the young lady said that her name being under the pizza did not matter. The pizza was paid for and sitting there already made, however my mother had to leave the store without the pizza. We are very dissatisfied and disappointed with how this young lady conducted herself. We have never experienced this at any Round Table establishment. Also, to make note thay this all means that of course I wouldn’t even been able to pick up the pizza I ordered myself considering that as we know, an apple pay balance does not have a card number.
I recently called the store for the manager to share my concerns, and received a lady whom I don’t even believe was the manager. I stated what happened to her and she said that the young lady at the store was in the right, and next time I just shouldn‘t use my Apple Pay balance. When I asked her about what they do for customer who pay through Ubereats, Grubhub, and/or Dooordash, and she stated that they don’t verify their form of payment because they are unable to. How does it make sense that in a time where many people use food delivery more often, that they pock and choose what type of customers to make an exception for? She was very rude and unhelpful. This lady provided no solution or accommodation for a unsatisfied customer. She did not show good customer service to a continuous customer. I have been to this specific store many times and have never had to verify my form of payment, and I have paid through the website every time. The workers here is very unprofessional and rude. You are better off going into another Round Table elsewhere.

Quality has gone downhill for sure but the worst is the staff. Completely condescending and not helpful.
Beware of this place. Now they want your complete credit card number to pick up. This is how you get your identity stolen. What a scam.

Bought 4 pizzas from here and found hair in 2 different pizzas. Called this location and was told it is probably cheese, like i dont know what hair is. Employee was very rude and hung up on me. This location also never has red crushed peppers, do not plan on going here again.
