They do not deliver to my home less than 2 miles from the location.When I order for pick up, they call 30 min before my pick-up time to let me know they are closing early, and my money should be refunded in 3-10 business days. They closed at 530 on a football playoff Sunday.

"If you don't like it, then you don't need to come back"This was what the host (to a birthday party I went to) heard, after the host found out that this establishment had missed preparing and delivering pizzas to their child's birthday party, and had called in to find out what happened.This location is the pizza partner to a nearby Pump It Up so it's important to know that Round Table already had received the order in advance, and it is their mistake if they missed making the order happen, and should have offered up some sort of remediation, or a heartfelt apology.After 45 minutes finally the pizzas show up to feed a roomful of now hungry children and adults.Next time you think about ordering from here, you might want to ask yourself if a restaurant that tells their customers "you don't need to come back" is going to provide you with any sort of good customer service, and if they might actually give you what you ordered.Pump It Up, in case you are wondering, did extend the end time to give everyone a little bit more time to eat, and their employees were clearly keeping an eye out on the party room while we were waiting for the missing pizza.

In my opinion, it is one of the better Round Tables around the Bay Area like they used to be.The other locations put too much sauce and barely any vegetables.

I went to this location on 10/29/2023 for a late lunch. This was my first time at this location. Round Table is my favorite pizza chain so I was glad that this location opened. I was craving pizza today and wanted to go somewhere with a salad bar, so I decided on Round Table today. I'm actually closer to another pizza chain but I prefer RoundTable. I went there and it took a few minutes for someone to come to the register to greet me. I did not think much of it because I remembered that there were Sunday football games going on and maybe other games, so I was sure they were swamped with orders. I appreciate people that work in restaurants and retail, it's not an easy job and plus they have to work on the days when others are out having fun. I think sometimes that is taken for granted, so I much appreciate the people working so that I can have a good dining experience. This location seems like it's more conducive for take out as it is very small inside so there are only a few tables. It feels more like a quick eat location. So if you want more ambiance and that medieval looking interior with booths/tables that are farther away from where they take your order, this location is not like that. But having mentioned that, you can still eat inside but it may not be as comfortable as it would at other locations. If you just quickly want to eat your food, it will be fine. I sat right underneath their flatscreen and I thought it was a bit loud, but I didn't say anything. It was nice to be able to look through the window. I was the only one dining in and I did notice they had a steady flow of customers picking up their orders, so they were busy. The cashier was polite and friendly. She made an order suggestion that gave me more value for my money and I appreciated that. I'm not sure what her name was but going off my receipt it was Mariella. I noticed she was polite to all the customers that came in. I enjoyed my pizza and my salad. I didn't feel like I broke the bank by choosing to have lunch here, which was good. I was able to get another meal out of it since I couldn't finish my pizza and with everything being so expensive, I appreciate that. I would definitely order from this location again.

Very bad customer service very rude. I spent $32 and a small pizza and a salad and the girl was keep looking at us. I went to get some ranch and she wanted me to pay for ranch on a salad bar. I would not come here

Received really good customer service from Kia. I forgot my debit card at the restaurant and she went out of her way to call me at my home to come get it. Of course I gave her a tip !! way to go Kia you save me a lot of headaches!! Keep up the good work!! Michelle Happy customer
I ordered two pizzas. One pepperoni only and it was delicious! The second pizza was the King Arthur supreme, which ordinarily would be good but for some reason when we opened the box it was warm, not hot. So the cheese was not melted. I feel like it was just sitting there. Not fresh. Of course, I don't know for sure. But we were disappointed in the taste.

This particular location has given a new meaning to service and value for its Pizza! The management, under Michael's leadership is exceptional. The staff are friendly and professional. Since we live close by (walking distance) the dinning experience post covid era is equally great. The pizza and salad lunch combo is great value! Thank you Michael and staff for the tasty pizzas that never fails for an empty stomach. The pizza is very popular with my 3 years old daughter also. :)

This particular location has given a new meaning to service and value for its Pizza! The management, under Michael’s leadership is exceptional. The staff are friendly and professional. Since we live close by (walking distance) the dinning experience post covid era is equally great. The pizza and salad lunch combo is great value! Thank you Michael and staff for the tasty pizzas that never fails for an empty stomach. The pizza is very popular with my 3 years old daughter also. :)
