This is the second time these people have told me they couldn't honor an order due to lack of a driver. I won't be ordering from here ever again as they never seem to be able to actually fulfill their online orders.

Great customer service by Santiago! Order ready for pickup and the food was hot ! The garlic twists smelled delicious and the personal pizzas! The store was clean and they had the tvs on. Cool vibe and relaxing!

This was my first and last time . Service are terrible. The guy say we was manager I don't belive him . 1. He doesn't have customer service skill.2. He have a bad attitude , rude and racist. No wonder they have no customers there. If around table keep this dude. May we'll close the business. He chased customers awayIf he doesn't like his job then he should quit. Go beg for money maybe that would be better for him

Expensive, poor quality, broken amenities (bathroom, seating, TV's). Staff was fine but it's clear the owners don't care. I definitely won't be going back.

Pizza was hot and delicious, ordered a large special pepperoni with bread twist. Everything was hot and delicious.

Ordered delivery pizza and was over an hour late past the expected delivery time. No one called to say it was late or why. I called round table and a woman said it's out for delivery. I said it's an hour late, she replied "well there are other deliveries". Yes, obviously and I'm not one to give too much of a s*** about OTHER deliveries. I'm calling about mine. 20 minutes later I call back ask to speak to a manager she puts me on hold in a way I could hear her helping other customers as if she just left the phone off the hook. After about 6 minutes of this hearing the noise but no one there I hung up called back. The answering machine said my call could not be put through. So what does that mean you block me or I can't get to a manager. When you spend over 70 bucks on pizza and get unprofessional staff that are uneducated as to service and business it's crazy. Management is clearly the issue. I never blame staff as they reflect management. But hell who wants to pay the prices nowadays to get disrespected for the high cost patronizing their business. Low standards low service.

I order my pizza at 4:46 they told that the pizza was going to be delivered in 45 min and it took them 2 hours pizza very cold bad service

Girl at the counter had a bad attitude. When I asked if she had more lettuce for the salad bar, she gave me a dirty look and said I guess I go cut some up and that I had to wait a moment. I ended up waiting about 15-20mins. Then she came out of the back without any lettuce! She just looked at me and proceeded to take pizza out of the oven! My husband and I usually come here all the time without incident but this new girl sucks

Never got pizza delivered. they gave it to wrong apartment and said I had to call back tomorrow to get refund. what the heck. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM SCAMMERS
