Boba was ok here and I been to better boba spot. Hayward has a lot of milk tea places now.

They had amazing service, lively vibe, but if you don't like your drinks too sweet I recommend getting 50% sweetness or less(especially with toppings)! Other than that the drinks were super refreshing.

Our first time, a huge selection of tempting drinks, a normal person could easily find one to try. But no, the misses first time goes to the land of ponder. Almost a day later, a decision is made. Mine was 4 time zones back. As the girl taking the order points to a chart for sugar level and toppings. Simple. Yet, not planet ponder needs a full science based narrative on each area of the chart. Origin of pudding domestic or imported? Finally, the order was placed so I could listen to the never ever land blah on why would I order a fruit based tea. . Eventually, Planet Ponder sees the light an earl gray tea poster. That is what she should have ordered. Then the teas arrive, oh lord no straws? Uh, in the straw holder, I point out. As I plunge my straw through the top, I dream of plunging that straw through Planet Ponder. Tea was excellent

This Sharetea location is a bit hidden in the plaza across from Southland Mall. There is some parking in front of the shop, but there is more parking further down in the open area of the plaza/parking lot. This is a decently big location with plenty of seats, but it does not seem as busy, as it is always busy when I come here. Also, this location has kind of weird hours - sometimes they were closed before the stated time.I ordered my usual - the green milk tea with boba. Unlike most of their other locations, the milk tea tasted a bit off, as it could had been a bit sweeter with regular sweetness. Overall, it was decent, but not my preferred location, especially compared to their SL one.

Sharetea is an old reliable when satisfying any boba craving. They have many locations and my family stopped by this store after a family outing. The server Andrew was very kind and patient in explaining some of the top drinks. He also made our drinks very quickly. I ordered their Classic Black Milk Tea and added sweet creama for extra creaminess. I would definitely come back to this location for their above average drinks and amazing service!
Went to the store and they weren't letting people inside because of some event and was told to order online. Did that. Went to pickup and they hadn't started on it, was told to wait. Got a call that they didn't have the ingredients. Probably shouldn't have been taking orders at all that day.

I typically patronize the ShareTea in Concord so I assumed that they'd all be the same. The boba here is trash. It had no taste and was very overwhelming after awhile. Usually my boba is on the sweeter side which makes me love ShareTea but this one really ruined my pallet for awhile.

Fast and great services. Their creama never disappoints me. I got the matcha creama with 30% sugar without ice and it is just right for my taste, not too sweet not bitter at all. I also got the mango creama with 100% sugar adding lychee jelly for the "sweet tooth" mom which she really likes. The best part is, there was no wait and you could actually order online and pick up in store.
