I'm really disappointed that I was really excited to eat here and when I go to find it the place isn't even there, I drove back and forth looking for it and nothing. They need to update their profile.

OMG just the thought of their garlic noodles has my mouth watering. Their garlic noodles are so YUMMY. I sometimes forget about this place because it's small and tucked away on A Street, but then I feel bad that I do because it's so good! I've tried all the variations of the garlic noodles, but the beef is my favorite! Chicken is definitely second best. Chicken is flavorful and juicy, perfectly topped on garlicky noods! The shrimp garlic noodles are good too, but for the price I felt they don't really give you a good amount of shrimp. The portion size of the entrees overall are pretty big though. If you get the chicken or beef, they give you tonsss of meat! I almost always have enough to eat later, or the next day. This place is truly garlic noodle heaven, and I definitely have to come back when they re-open! I've ordered through Yelp before and they always have my food ready on time. I have yet to eat inside, but they definitely have a good amount of tables. Plenty of parking in the back as well!

The place is located among the main street. The first time I came here was about 2 years ago and I fell in love with there garlic noodle. It had the right amount of taste of garlicky in the noodles and it balanced out with the shrimp that had come with the dish. I had the time to come back here, recently and honestly a bit underwhelming from the first time I had it. It didn't have that nice garlic noodle flavor it onced had and the beef were beef chunks instead of beef strips, which is reasonable. -- Other than that, it's nice to support a small business. Pros: A local place to eat and study. Cons: I ordered Popcorn Chicken, Garlic Noodles w/ beef, and a thai tea. it added up to 25, so I'm guessing the price on the menus changed. I'm not sure as I never received a receipt for it.

Hayward has very few good restaurants. I LOVE this place for a quick salad or sandwich. We were starving today and didn't take a picture of my healthy tri-tip salad. The portion is big, the meat is tender and tasty. My fiancé got a chicken sandwich and loved it. This is the first time visiting after the renovation and new owner switch. Idk why people are being ridiculous. The food is just as tasty, I see no difference! Elaine the owner is so sweet and eager to really please her customers. Today as I walked in, she was sampling a new dish she's adding to the menú, Cajun shrimp, sausage, and clams. It was delicious! The sandwich is so good and filling. The place is spacious and nice for a quiet meal. Check them out!

Best garlic noodles in town. I come here after school from CSUEB and me and girlfriend love it. Will be coming back often. I'm glad this place reopened!

One of the BEST places for garlic noodles in the Bay Area and yes...even after the renovations. I don't get the negativity towards the new owners. I understand some people don't like changes but the new owners have been nothing but super sweet to me each time I come in and the noodles are still delicious. To be honest, I'm shocked their prices didn't go up(at least I can't tell), which would be reasonable to do since they're awesome and I'm not sure how they can survive at such low prices. It's still one of my fave noodle joints and I highly recommend.

Sad to say that the service here dropped in quality. We asked about the free drink special (which was advertised on a board inside) and spent the next twenty minutes listening to how the new owner isn't making any money because of the old owner's decisions to make food cheaper to keep customers. It was extremely awkward because I didn't need the free drink, I was just asking about it and did not expect to get guilt tripped over the question. We ordered the chicken sandwich with curry sauce and there was barely any chicken and the bread was stale. RIP to my favorite spot for lunch in Hayward. I hope the new owners go back to the old recipes! If portion sizes are problems, increase the prices. I would not mind paying another $3-6 for more meat and the old bread. *The passive-aggressive comments from the business owners on these recent reviews are disappointing. Being open to feedback from previous patrons is necessary when buying a restaurant. The bread was stale when I visited and I did tip 20% (I was a waitress so I always do). I shouldn't even have to make that clarification.*

What a delicious place! Buddy and I were hungry, looked up healthy/large portion options. I saw the salad and immediately felt happy. Came in, greeted kindly by the co-owner. Fantastic service, food, and super kind lady. Clean bathrooms. Food tasted fresh (they make it fresh to order!) and looked amazing. My fav: mango milk tea with bobas and the garlic chicken noodles. Omg, fav meal everyday! Definitely coming back. Say hi to the owners when you come in - super sweet!!!

Delicious food! Garlic noodles were cooked fresh to order, salad was full of wonderful greens and house made pickled veggies, milk teas were soooo good!! The owner kindly treated us to a side of her Katsu chicken & Popcorn chicken (both very, very good). I'll definitely be back!

The woman placing orders to go always has an attitude or rushes you and every time I order a fried chicken sandwhich I get something different. This time there was literally to strips of chicken on my sanwhich just bread and veggies. I asked her for some teriyaki on the side and she gave me sass told me she'll do me a favor this time but next time shes gona charge me..I never asked for it to be free if u have to charge so be it but dont make the customer feel bad for asking for some

I'm not sure what happened after they had their renovations, but the garlic noodle seemed to be saltier and spicy than usual. The first time I tried it was when my sister brought some home a few months ago so I was very excited to check it out myself. When I navigated the place it appeared to be street parking only which was very hard. When I got to the front door there was a note indicating that there was parking in the back.. but still not sure how to get there. I ordered the garlic noodle with shrimps and the garlic noodles with chicken. She never asked me if I wanted a sauce option, but there is an option to get teriyaki, Curry, and a few others. Unfortunately due to the parking and the salty garlic noodles, I will not be returning.

This place unfortunately is a no for me. I had heard so many previous good reviews. For the records I've gone twice. Both times I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. The bread was STALE. Hard and chewy like beef jerky, they don't even use fresh bread. The cucumbers in the sandwich tasted sour, like bad sour. Not the typical pickled ones you get in banh mi. I absolutely disappointed sadly. Don't see myself coming back ever again. Even my coworkers thought it was bad food.

It is not like the old Cafe it's a little smaller portion the food still taste good but the parking is no longer in the back cuz the gates are locked I will give it a three Stars not as reopen before it closed I would have gave it a five-star
