The lady at the drive thru window was very very very rude she seem like she was mad an she didn't want to be there I always order the corn dogs, after I ate my food i got very sick feel like food poison I will NERVER NERVER EVER eat there again ya'll need to fire the whole staff an start over hire new cooks all the way down to the cashier. Everytime we go there the staff seem mad like they don't wanna be there.

Wrap was OK i guess. Fries were cold and sad, staff was incompetent and downright rude. I would try to find a different sonic or just to to the kfc/tacobell across driveway. Much better quality fast food and the staff isn't rude.

It's amazing to find a Sonic here in the Bay Area. It's not close to the freeway but right along mission Blvd, CA 238. They have drive through and drive in. The drive in is always fun. Park, order stay and eat. You can also take your time to look through their gargantuan menu. Make sure to try the cherry limeade and jalapeno poppers. They are unbelievably tasty.
Their service is fast and the food and drinks are so good. We need more of this store in other cities.

They don't honor the business model of the brand at all by closing the drive in stalls well before they are actually closed. This then forces customers into the drive thru line. Without any indication of their policy for the drive thru, they then stop taking orders at the drive thru speaker at 12am on the dot, even if they have customers who have been waiting since well before they close. Really disappointing experience.Understandable that people have low expectations for fast food service given the low pay. It should not be expected to provide less than the bare minimum service though and to understaff so badly that you turn away paying customers. I was 1 of maybe 5-6 cars turned away this evening. Hope someone from corporate reads this. Maybe new management is needed at this location. Get it together Sonic.
