We recently had a catered lunch from Star Catering and Cafe, and it was fantastic! The Italian Sausage with Sweet Pepper Sauce and Penne Pasta was absolutely delicious. The sausage was bursting with flavor, and the pasta, which was on the softer side, was perfect for my taste. The sides were just as impressive – the roasted vegetables and roasted tomatoes were cooked to perfection, and the tossed mixed salad was fresh and vibrant. Everything was well-prepared and full of flavor.
Everything was great. But particularly want to commend the Vegetable Crudite Platter: The peppers were roasted, and the broccoli and cauliflower were blanched. Both were a step beyond the common vegetable platter.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Star Catering and Cafe for an event where we needed 20 boxed lunches, and I can't sing their praises enough! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.First off, their customer service was outstanding.
