I usually. buy a drink for myself and get my dogs some pup cups and then leave a generous tip, I however usually ask for a big cup because I have a mastiff and husky and they big, whatever usually the person will accommodate this is the first place I've gone to were the cashier, had a nasty attitude and insisted I had to take multiple small cups and couldn't even pay for a tall. So idk I canceled my order a min ago.. annoying tbh

Wierd experience. I ask for a chia tea extra hot. I get it. It was not extra hot (order this all the time). I politely ask (even apologize for asking, even thought they couldn't get it the first time) "can you please heat this up." The female barista loses her mind and pretty much yells at me that it's " AT 200!" (Whatever that means). Then she proceeded to expect me to throw away the drink. "You can go ahead and throw that away now"... 🤣. Yeah right lady. I tell her no, and she stomps off... obviously unable to take the heat (literally 😅). Some other guy comes over and takes care of it. Man. What these people must go through to not be able to handle simple fixes professionally. 😅... get use to it kids.

Very disappointed with this Starbucks. They refused to let me use the restroom even though I was willing to make a purchase. The staff was rude and unprofessional. When I finally accessed the restroom, it was filthy and poorly maintained. This kind of treatment toward customers is unacceptable. I do not recommend this place!

We came in today, hopeful for a good experience, and unfortunately, we entered in a cold, unfriendly, and hostile environment. I ordered a hot venti matcha and it came back cold, unmixed, and flat out disgusting we asked for it to be fixed and He made it the same exact way, just colder. We asked the other lady to give us a refund and she offered no apology and was as cold as the matcha. Do Better Starbucks, your service is awful, and drinks are even worse. Horrible!!! And Unfriendly!!! Hope they can find better workers in the future.
Workers were kind, but almost swallowed a quality seal in my matcha don’t know how this happened

I stopped in the Starbucks location to do a little work. I purchased a coffee. It was so full that when I took the lid off it spilled all over the table. I then tried to carry it over to the garbage can so I could pour off a 1/2 an inch or so. It's spilled all over the floor and burned my hand. No apology was given by the employees. I think they let a homeless person in the bathroom because I was waiting 10 minutesplus. There were 2 bathrooms, one wouldnt open and one somebody was in there forever. Going over to Peets.

I had just left work and the gym and wanted a Caramel Frappucino at the Starbucks off Hesperian Boulevard at the borderline of San Lorenzo, CA., San Leandro, CA., and Hayward, CA.?. Starbucks Caramel Frappucino was awesome. I enjoyed the Caramel Frappucino at the San Leandro, CA. Marina looking at the water and reading a Book because of what Alameda County has unlawfully put Me through to stay relaxed. Thanks Starbucks for putting me at ease.
