I have to say for their drinks and their specialty drinks they are overpriced and to me not worth it. I love coffee but I love mine black with no sugar or creamer. This time I got their Summer-berry lemonade which I have to say wasn’t anything special I got their small size and for $6+ dollars it’s not worth it tasted like a basic lemonade with these red balls that didn’t really add any more flavor just burst of sugar. I wasn’t impressed all their drinks are just overly sugared and full of calories. I guess if you like that then that’s fine but for a coffee loving person like myself it’s the last coffee shop I would go for some good coffee.

The waiter was very unkind on a Wednesday afternoon! I ordered an American small cup and asked for less ice. When I got it, I thought there were too many ice cubes and asked her to help me remove some. Her attitude was very bad and impatient. Then she asked me if I wanted to add some water. The overall attitude was very bad. , I replied that she didn’t need it. I spent money to buy coffee and she made me look ugly. I have been buying coffee from this store for a long time. When I heard that there were too many ice cubes, the other waiters were very kind and even helped me remove the excess ice cubes. Refill, this waiter’s name is alarni! Very poor service and attitude

Customer service is nice but the Music is loud I asked them to lower the music little bit, after a min musics was louder than before so I had to leave the place rejoin my meeting in a different place because in the meeting people could hear the music, but not me
