Went this Sunday afternoon 7/6. Ordered my drink online and arrived 5 minutes later. Barista didn't acknowledge me and instead hee hee ha ha'd with a customer that came in after me. Moving as slow as molasses while chatting, I realized my drink still didn't come out. I had to go up and remind them I put in a online order. The dead eyed barista made my drink with attitude and that was that. Like cmon 🙄

Never really go here much anymore just your basic overpriced coffee. The reasoning for one star is because I ordered a pecan ICED latte and they made it hot I said "Im sorry I orded this drink iced" they did not offer to remake it and lady gave me a mean look rolled her eyes and did nothing about it Anyways just make your own coffee at home I was out and about doing errands thought a iced drink would be nice for a change.

Found out the District Mgr removed ALL their electrical wall plugs from this particular location. SUPER LAME for folks who need to do some work and/or studying w/o distractions!!!

I walked into a Starbucks nearby not knowing what to expect. I order a ICED Caramel Macchiato and in return I got a HOT Caramel Macchiato. I was waiting for about 20 minutes and my name never got called out. I thought they weren't done with my order, so I continued waiting. Until 30 minutes go by and I check to see if my name is on any of the drinks and I see my name on a hot drink. I was so frustrated I didn't think to even tell the workers so I just left, unhappy.

I am not from this area and stopped in on 6/7/24 with a big order. There were 3 "issues" which I do not feel the need to mention specifics because a young man corrected each one with me not even having to ask/suggest. Sadly I did not get his name (about 6', white, glasses) but because he went above and beyond I felt the need to come leave him a glowing review!
It is so dangerous around there my loved one is constantly getting verbally abused...physically attacked...and a witness to all the craziness these homeless and crackheads do daily like just yesterday a homeless man was bathing himself inside the store and exposing himself also a guy came in looking for who used his stolen card once he figured it out he jumped him with a few others in front of store he had a gun and knife like most people carry now unfortunately....it a horrible place so unsafe like most starbucks are. Also today a crackhead came in a threw a rock and also through a rock at my loved ones car and broke the car mirror and as usual starbucks doesnt care and police are nowhere to be found

I was here on a Wednesday morning. The vibe felt as Starbucks use to feel when they started. There’s plenty of seats and staff is super nice. From now on, I will not longer order my coffee from Safeway Starbucks.

This particular Starbucks is busy. They get a bunch of app orders that seems to get priority over walk in. The Inside is lime most Starbucks clean decent music.The service was a bit off due to being short handed they had posting up for employment. The cakes and stuff are always good.
