Had the best interaction ever with Starbucks this morning Chauncie took my order was so personable very sweet very patient very funny lol I loved ordering this morning she's so good!!!! Please recognize her and see that this doenst come around often

It was a terrible service i asked for cappuccino tall with 3 sugars -i asked them if i have to add sugars or they will add -service staff told they will add -and i asked 2 pupcups -Finally after 20 mns i got my coffee -i have to ask them for cupholder -bcz coffee is hot and they did not provide cupholder and i got only half coffee in a cup -another terrible and no sugar and top of that i asked for 2 pupcups and service staff gave me only 1 pupcup and she is like do you really require 2 -i was like 1 is fine -bcz i dont want to have more bad experience -Just walked out .I would not recommend this starbucks -i have been to different coffee stores but never treated ds bad -may be bcz i am not a local -it dint feel right -i was tired that is why i want to have coffee -but these guys made me feel bad

The mask police cashier asked me to wear a mask, which was fine, until other maskless customers came in after me and weren’t asked the same thing.

Just another Starbucks. Cleanliness was clearly NOT a priority. Hard to find a clean table; while I was there (for about 30 minutes), none were cleaned. Many were strewn w. refuse (bags, cups, napkins, straws, etc.) left by prior customers.

I order 3 Pastries 2 coffees. I ask for a bag. carrolan I hope I got her name right said no because the bags we're for mobile orders. it don't make no Sense. This Employee has been rude to other customers. I really did not want to ask her. I will not keep coming here. Just too early to wake up with people with this Attitude.
