This is 3rd times they make my order wrong and every time I order matcha they don’t know how to do it instead of 5 pumps syrp they put 5 scoop matcha and 2 pump syrp. Same thing with caramel ribbon crunch i have problem with coffee so I always order cream base and they always put coffee inside. It always bad service I would rather go Starbucks by Hesperian more than.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks tonight. My family and I arrived at 8:25 PM, planning to order warm drinks, and before ordering I urgently needed to use the restroom. I politely asked the young woman at the counter, who then asked Alexa if it could be opened. Without even considering my situation, she said it was closed.
I explained that it was a real emergency and that I fully intended to make a purchase right after, but I was still told no and was directed to the CVS next door instead. It felt cold and dismissive, especially since we were clearly there to buy drinks and it wasn’t even closing time yet.
What should have been a simple act of understanding turned into an uncomfortable and embarrassing situation. This experience really changed how welcome I feel at this location.

Watch out for Allen, he’ll definitely make sure you “make a purchase” before you ask him to use the restroom. I’m hoping this policy is strictly enforced on everyone. Way to set the tone, I’m sure this is on brand with Starbucks perspective of customer experience

I think I would have had a better experience visiting a prison. September second 5 AM. I said, thank you have a great day to the girl behind the counter.She just gave me a smug look and ignored me. I don't know what kind of music they were playing but it was laced with profanity.

I come at least once a week to this coffee. Always is a pleasure to come most of the employees are friendly. There’s an Asian cashier that’s at that place always nice to have a conversation with him.

As a paying customer I went to use the bathroom and it was disgusting with poop everywhere and on the ground and the management refused to open the other restroom. Didn’t even make my drink right in the meantime. Rude and apathetic.
