Starbucks on the Cal East Bay campus is a busy spot with great food and drinks. The student employees are doing their best, and the management is excellent. While it can get crowded with students, it's expected on a college campus. One customer had a minor hiccup when their brownie was forgotten in their order, so it's advised to double-check before leaving. Despite this, the staff is quick to find solutions, like offering a spoon in place of a straw when needed. The pink drink wasn't available during one visit, but the frappe was a bit too chocolatey for someone's taste. Overall, Starbucks remains a convenient option for a caffeine boost on campus, with everyone showing dedication and effort in their work.
