Ordered a mobile order and took twice the amount of time and it was not busy. I ordered a cinnamon dolce latte with caramel drizzle and got no whip, topping, and barely any drizzle (I paid extra for) and barely any ice. I’m a shift lead at a Starbucks and have a pretty good understanding of Starbucks standards and this was not it.

They take too long to take your order and prepare them. That’s fine when there is rush, but when not they still take too long to make a simple drink. Today I ordered a drink and it was just 2 sips of coffee, rest all was ice you can see in the picture.

When I make the mistake of ordering a drink at this location, I am routinely disappointed. In the future, I’ll go elsewhere.The espresso drinks are excessively gritty but it doesn’t have the texture of coffee. It seems like they add some sort of ground spice to all of their espresso drinks. It may be nutmeg. This has been my experience again and again at this location.Due to the issue with espresso, I thought I would order cold brew drinks instead. Once, I did receive a satisfactory Pistachio Cream Cold Brew. On the next visit, I received a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew that seemed to be almost entirely cream.I have a suspicion that the staff members do not think twice about cutting corners and make their own modifications to orders on the fly. Because of this, I advise others to avoid this location and I avoid it myself.

The lady was rude and had an attitude while we were ordering drinks, she told us with an attitude "we don't take cash" and she looked mad and she said in a disrespectful way the Starbucks should also put a sign saying "WE DONT TAKE CASH CARD ONLY"

During my recent visit to the Starbucks on campus, I encountered a few hiccups that I'd like to share. As a fellow student, I understand the learning curve that comes with any job, and I appreciate the efforts of the staff.While I was eager to try the pink drink, unfortunately, it wasn't available when I ordered, and there were no other strawberry-flavored options in stock. Though disappointed, I know these things happen, especially in a busy environment like a campus Starbucks.Opting for a frappe instead, I found it to be a bit too chocolatey for my taste and was not impressed. Additionally, the shortage of straws led to a minor inconvenience, with only a spoon offered as an alternative. However, I must commend the staff for their quick thinking in finding a solution. I had no choice but to smile and walkaway with my drink at hand. Another person in the store apologized, and I overheard him telling the server to tell the customers that there are no more straws before handing them a drink with no straw. Which is a simple and brilliant idea. Again, it shows that everyone is learning and we can’t be mad at that.Despite these challenges, I want to emphasize that I understand everyone is doing their best, and I appreciate their efforts. While I may not rush back before class for another coffee, I recognize that Starbucks remains a convenient option for those in need of a caffeine boost on campus. Keep up the good work, and thank you for your dedication.

Literally the worst Starbucks experience in the whole Bay Area. The workers claim they can’t do frappes at 3 PM cause they close soon, when the closing time is at 5 PM. You suckers bought the four stars, I swear they can’t be real. Corporate needs to do something about this, cause this is insane. The workers are lazy, and they don’t even try to hide it.

Waited 15 minutes in the front of the cashier just to get not get service & LEAVE with no drink. Do not come here they do not care about their time management. Management needs to do better.

First of all, guy at register didn't know that they are not accepting cash as a payment!!! Who trained him??!!Second, I've ordered egg whites with bell peppers and I've got egg whites with kale and mushrooms. When I brought to his attention that he gave me wrong item, he went to get the correct item, just for the light skinned African American girl with curly hair to say to him with attitude "we'll we don't have it" and then to start walking towards me waiving the wrong item shouting out "we only have this kind"... even though I was standing right in front of her. I told her that I don't want that, because that's not what I've ordered, and then she said to her coworker very rude and loudly well then give her a refund and threw away the wrong item and kept mumbling something. When I got back to checkstand she kept mumbling something that I couldn't understand while looking at me. I told her that there was no need for her to no need be rude and to stop mumbling words that I cannot understand while looking at me as clearly she was saying something to or about me in very rude manner. She said that she wasn't saying anything and stared to have argumentative attitude while another guy (asian descent) walk to checkstand and started processing my refund and saying that he wasn't being rude....at this point I'm like what is going on here?!!! I told him that I was saying anything about him or to him and that his coworker is straight up rude and clearly don't care about customers and it looks like she was just hating her job, straight up!!!He processed the refund and just walked away, no "thank you", "I'm sorry for inconvenience", sorry for whatever, nothing! Like I was bothering them by being there!!!!!Corporate for God sakes, either close this location or get staff that actually care about people walking through the door and value and respect customers and provide service that Starbucks is known for. This location is such a shame for Starbucks!!!

This starbucks location needs to be reviewed by corporate.An actual conversation between the staff:Staff A: "Sorry, we don't have anymore cold foam."Staff B: "Then make some more!"Staff A: "We're closing in an hour!"The time: 5:45pmThe closing time of this location: 7:00pmWhat?One of the staff just walking in circles with a broom. It maybe whisked the ground one or two times.We ordered ahead on the app four drinks . We left the study room to go to Starbucks at (our friends who stayed behind just began their online class). They were nearly done with class by the time we got back. 1hr15min. If we had known it’d take this long, bringing a laptop to do work would’ve been helpful.The drinks are getting expensive. Ingredients, cost of labor etchetera etchetera. Okay, that’s understandable. Paired with this kind of service though? Come on now.Go to the Jackson location instead. Leave campus if you have to.

Food was terrible as the order was wrong service was just as bad as it took about 20-25 minutes to get a cup of coffee while the workers flirted in the back, the one with the receding hairline told me there was nothing they could do about the coffee when all they had to do was add sugar and said they could remake it which i wasn't going to do as it would take another 20-25 minutes. If i could give them a zero i would.

The food and drinks are great here. Its on Cal East Bay campus so know your going to have students around etc. It's crowded but it's college what do you expect! Management is great and the student employees are great as well.

I am currently a student here, and I ordered brownies and a chocolate chip cookie, the lady that handed me my order forgot to hand me my chocolate chip brownie. Please students always check your orders before you leave.
