I’m a regular at this location and stopped by early in the morning to get a Bear cup for my girl. The team let us know they hadn’t received any additional cups since launch.
While I was there, a man and his pregnant wife became extremely aggressive and started cornering and harassing the manager over the cups being sold out. It was uncomfortable to watch, and honestly, I was worried for the manager’s safety because of how hostile the situation got. Who even makes their pregnant wife wait outside in the cold?
Even though they were dealing with that, the staff still stayed calm, professional, and friendly. They made sure everyone else was helped and still got my coffee out quickly before I went in for work.

Bad experience they should close this how can you have workers walking out with the cups when is time to close they even showed me they had the bear cups and they refused to take it out and act like nothing happened being the 1st person to stand out side to wait from 10pm to 4:30am and for them to saying there’s no more bear cups like seriously I had my wife that’s 8 month pregnant she wanted is so bad she was freezing off they didn’t even offer us coffee or anything after waiting for more then 12 hr all they did was laugh they look at each other smiling I feel this as a abuse and I already reported to Human Resources to resolve the situation I stand up high for my wife and say NO EMPLOYEE SHOULD GET ANY CUPS EVEN IF YOU WORKING OR OUT OF WORK THEY SHOULD OF STAND IN LINE LIKE WE ALL DID

I love how this location is hidden in the corner the same complex when target and 5 guys is on Hesperian and A! Not much people traffic here which is why this place used to be my go to. Still do go here occasionally, but I feel this location doesn’t handle even a slight rush, with the urgency I’ve seen other Starbucks work at- and that is not to say that the workers here are lazy because they are not. The workers here are very sweet.

I honestly don’t understand the lack of urgency here. There are multiple baristas behind the counter, but the pace is unbelievably slow. The wait times are ridiculous considering how many people are working, and the drinks just don’t come out in a reasonable time. If you want your drinks made quickly and properly, the Starbucks down the street does a much better job — they’re faster, more efficient, and actually seem to care about customers’ time. This location seriously needs to step it up.

Starbucks on a corner on the side of a stroad in the suburbs. Javi was helpful and helped me make a drink decision. The entrance was a little hard to find from the parking lot. The outer door area would be better with some tables and chairs.

Love these people. My mom went every Saturday and really loved it. The staff was her second favorite thing of course the coffee was first. They are helping us with her goodbye. It is so overwhelming emotionally to think that in this day there are still people who care about her just like her family does. I now and always will have a love for Starbucks (but not as much as mom). Thank you so much for making this difficult time a little easier ❤️❤️❤️

Dietary restrictions: They have lots of non-dairy options and the ingredients listed in the app make choosing so simple and quick!
Friendly and fun staff ! The drinks were superb ! I don’t drink hot coffee but the pumpkin spice latte we got was delicious !
