Love these people. My mom went every Saturday and really loved it. The staff was her second favorite thing of course the coffee was first. They are helping us with her goodbye. It is so overwhelming emotionally to think that in this day there are still people who care about her just like her family does. I now and always will have a love for Starbucks (but not as much as mom). Thank you so much for making this difficult time a little easier ❤️❤️❤️

Very bad service I bought my drink today 10/08/24 they have 3 people serving the place and it is not busy we only had two people waiting for our drinks and apart from the wait they told me wrong about my drink I ordered a strwb acai lem but that was poorly done deserted strawberries that they carry were the last of the container that were just crumbs not strawberries bad service on Jackson st in Hayward I will not return to that place
Barista were great. Drinks tasted great as well. Will definitely revisit this particular Starbucks again soon.
