I had to wait for 30 minutes when they were not busy because one girl was working very slow. She had my one drink right in front of her and did not put it on the pick up counter until I asked her to.

Typical Starbucks aside from the rude staff and filthy, unstocked bathroom. Not a single paper product in the only bathroom. On top of that, it was filthy and the soap dispenser was broken. Drinks were as expected.

THEY DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO ALLERGIES & MY SISTER HAD A SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTION!!!This review is for our visit 7/25/23 at 9:13AM as stamped on the drinks.Cashier: MarianaBaristas: Keith, ChristinaSSV: EliseManager: AlonnaMariana and Christina were EXTREMELY rude and deserve repercussions. Christina rolled her eyes and said "Now I have to make cold foam for Carol." Extremely unprofessional.After my sister developed hives on her face and difficulty breathing, they said it was a "cross-contamination" but they clearly put the wrong milk. When we tried to clarify who made the drink, they said they "couldn't find out". Complete BS.They were not apologetic at all. Imagine if it were a child who had this reaction. Worst customer service from a Starbucks ever, which says a lot. DO NOT GO HERE.

About the great customer service on the day prior on Tuesday I called about getting to coffee travelers the associate said they can and I told them about the time coming in. He confirmed with his manager and took my name down. I went in and they had it ready. It shocked me that they did it with out me having to order or putting anything down. Make My travel and getting to my destination with easy. Thank you

The worst Customer Service in this particular store. The barista’s here look like someone died & totally ignore all their customers & just do what they are paid for. So unenthusiastic workers.

I love this Starbucks, baristas are great and nice. Convenient place w/ hella parking spots. My drink never goes wrong. I use mobile order, FAST! When I get there most of the time my drink is ready. 5stars for you guys, keep it up the good work

This Starbucks is unprofessional and does not take their customer care seriously, 5 times we have ordered through Starbucks delivery along with notes stating we would like whip cream on all ordered and each time, we have NOT received any whip cream, orders are usually not correct on at LEAST 1 item as well as not receiving straws. AFTER speaking to a girl employee trying to explain my concern, she was very rude when explaining her side and rudely hung up on me. After trying to call back many times, no one had answered the phone. I've called 9 times and not 1 answer and even put it in the busy signal.

Cómo es posible que confunden las órdenes y se atreven a culpar a quienes no hablamos inglés bien, me pasó a mí y al poco tiempo tuve la oportunidad de atestiguar otro caso similar en el cual nos culpan a los clientes por ordenar las bebidas equivocadas y ojo que el café Siempre está tibio nunca está caliente y nunca le ponen azúcar que uno ordena, se preocupan por dar mejor servicio a los perros de cierto tipo de gente y a la clase obrera nos tratan como si nos hicieran fabor de darnos café.
