Just because we were a little late to pick up our order, the worker called and threatened to throw our food out. It was 7:35 and the business is open until 9? They made the order wrong as well. The audacity to threaten to throw our food out. Crazy

First of all, the lady here was talking on the phone while making my food. That is just unprofessional and disgusting as her saliva can get in the food. How'd she even get hired??? Secondly, she seemed very impatient and annoyed and didnt give me much when I asked for extra. I hope manager or boss takes this very seriously and checks their workers.

I ordered 2 subways in the app. Poor quality, less than normal meat portions. When the pick up, I guess she is the owner, the service was so ugly!!!

Wow, not surprised by the other negative reviews here. As of today, 7/21/25, there’s an average of 2.9/5 stars. My experience has been the same when I’ve visited. The owner was very rude and unfortunately lacks customer service. She was also very stingy with the ingredients….you would have thought I asked for “light lettuce” and “light onion,” etc. I had to ask for extra of every ingredient just for it to be average from other Subway locations. Lastly, the their hours state they close at 9:30pm, yet multiple times I’ve tried to come around 8:30pm, and they’re already closed with all of the lights turned off. It’s just so unreliable. I will not be frequenting this location anymore.

If I could give this location zero stars that probably would be more accurate.
First off when I asked if they took coupons the lady working there told me I could only order certain sandwiches with the coupon even tho that's not what the coupon said... Which the coupon does actually specify what sandwiches are excluded from the use of that coupon... First red flag.
Second red flag was her inability to follow specific instructions when given to her multiple times... I explained to the lady that I was pregnant and needed just my meat warmed for safety purposes and I had to keep reiterating that to her. The third red flag was the lack of meat that was supposed to actually be on the sandwich that I ordered... The fourth red flag was her horrible customer service towards us and her attitude which was probably filthier than any public restroom I ever been in in my life... Which I think was due to the fact that we were using a coupon... Not to mention a gentleman of her own kind came in right after us and was offered options she didn't even bother mentioning to us 😮💨😡
And the last red flag was the fact that she didn't close the containers to the meat which you can't see until you get to the register after your food has already been completed.
It is safe to say I will not be returning to this location because boooooooooooooooooooo 👎🏾

We had a coupon and was told you can only get certain sandwiches (which it does not state that on the coupon and was told it was at the discretion of the store 🤔) My daughter ordered 2 foot long turkey sandwiches it had 3 open slices of turkey, a sprinkle of grated cheese. Pickles were brownish orange. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS SUBWAY AGAIN. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK...... By the way I even had heartburn after trying to eat 1/2 of the sandwich. 😡

Attention needed from store manager.
I spent more than 30 minutes in the store; the employee was on the phone for the entire time. She kept talking on the phone while making the sandwiches as well. It's so weird and disgusting. Try to keep the brand reputation. This kind of employee will destroy the name of Sunway.

This location is horrible had tons of roaches ,one even climbed over my foot, customer service was even worse. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Went early in the day, daid I was ordering the meal of the day. After making the samdwich, before checkout, she said the drink machine was empty and I had to pay 50 cents extra to get a bottled drink. At that point, it was too late to change my mind about what I wanted. I didn't feel I had a choice but to pay a little extra for the soda or a bit more extra to cancel the meal deal. That should absolutely be brought up before making the sandwich, and/or offer the bottled drink or some other replacement for no extra charge.

This subway location is clearly unsanitary. I found a staple in my sandwich. Thankfully I didn’t eat it because I am pregnant. This location needs to be investigated
