Really good customer service the person who made my sandwich was very patient and polite and always try’s to help out thank you Sanyia.
Good service helped me order took out the ham out of the sandwich because I was Muslim also helped me out a lot thanks a lot Saniya for the service! but food was great and she was very patient!!

Bad attention.
As soon as you enter I had coupons the employee was like no we don’t accept coupons that was a rude experience . Then when you ask for the kid of cheese you want and bread they don’t have it in stock no napkins were given . Not recommended to anyone rather go to other locations

I used to come here a lot for lunch sometimes they would mess up my order but I would never complain about it the last time I showed up 10/2/24 around 11:00 I went to pick up my order that I ordered on their app and when I went in a Indian lady told me that they didn’t have my order in there system so then I showed them proof from the email that they send you when you order is confirmed and PAID and she still said we don’t have any in our system so then I asked them can I at least order my meal that I paid for right now and she said you would still have to pay with an attitude I don’t know why I didn’t raise my voice or was mean or anything but the way she was just talking to me made me mad and I said “So you guys are just basically stealing my money.” and she just looked at me like I was dumb. I walked away calm. Wouldn’t recommend this place anymore, would go to another subway this one just happened to be the nearest one where I work, the amount of money I spent here and this is how they treat me I would go to the one that’s next to FoodMaxx in Hesperian Blvd

My recent visit to this Subway wasn't great. The service was slow, especially with the Indian lady. When you walk in, she's sitting on her phone, but then suddenly starts doing online orders that take 20 minutes of her time to complete before servicing you, resulting in a 20-minute wait to build your sandwich. Thus, spending a total of 40 - 50 minutes to grab one sandwich for yourself. Another Indian staff member was more interested in mopping and running into waiting customers than helping customers. They didn't honor their deals and charged too much. The sandwich lacked ingredients for the price. Overall, not the best experience. You might want to try somewhere else, let this franchise die out.

Absolutely horrible place. The only lady working there who is an Indian lady is extremely rude and impatient. I came to the store at 9:15(45 minutes before close) she said we have to close the store early for no reason most likely because she was eager to go home. She lets me in anyways and when I order on the app she canceled my order for no reason and I was still charged on my card. It says I have to wait one week to receive it back. Was basically charged $17 for absolutely no reason. The lady is very useless, rude, impatient, and lazy. To add on to this review, they use old meat. As it was only 40 minutes before closing, I asked her what they do with the leftover meat, she said we use it the next day. They need to check this nasty place. They need new workers and everything.

I spend almost $30 here today. I basically got to put long tuna fish sandwich? At least that's what I paid for was a tuna fish sandwich!Honestly I have no idea what this slop is. It has absolutely no flavor It mostly tastes like mayonnaise it's wet and that's about it So most disappointing experience I've ever had for a sandwich. A lot of money for nothing
