I’m very disappointed with the way I was treated at this Subway location on Monday, July 21st. I’ve been a loyal customer here for over 3 years, coming in about three times a week. That day, I had a severe stomach ache and asked to use the restroom. Despite being a regular, I was denied access and made to feel like I wasn’t welcome.
I understand company policy might require restroom access to be for customers only, but I am a consistent customer—and I was in real need. The two employees on duty showed no empathy and their attitude felt discriminatory and dismissive.
It was an embarrassing and frustrating experience. I expected better from a place I’ve supported for years. Subway should remind its staff to treat people with basic human decency, especially loyal customers in distress.

I am extremely disappointed in Subways hospitality this evening. The man who is working the front had an extremely bad attitude. He was irritated that I was ordering 3 foot longs, he said I can only pick 3 toppings even though I offered to pay for the olives I wanted to add on one of the subs. He was getting more and more frustrated every time a new customer walked into the store and waited in line. Like I get you may be busy but you need to hide that irritation from customers when you are at work. When he did not let me customize my sandwich I told him to please cancel the order then because why would I pay for something I can’t customize. That should have been said before you slice the bread open, he then tossed the breads to the side and called the next customer behind me. Extremely unprofessional.

The mexican guy worker closed the place 30 mins before the closing time. Its the third time this has happened to me. He even looks, acknowledges you standing outside the door and motions for you to leave. Very rude.
One of my sandwiches were cold one was hot, and the order was not completed and I was ignored would NOT go here again.

Walked in an hour before closing today. The guy working there was completing an online order. Did not greet or even acknowledge we were there. He was grabbing food items to add to the sandwich and throwing the food back in the container. We ended up leaving without ordering and will not be going back to that store. What a shame. If you don’t want to be there, don’t. Give the opportunity to someone else who will appreciate being there.

In recent orders they are not as good as they used to be. Can only hope they will get back to where they were.
Blocks the bathrooms from customer use but has lobby open. Rude staff.

Hele mooie en schone vestiging met ontzettend aardig personeel. We hebben hier lekker gegeten en zijn ontzettend vriendelijk geholpen. De zaak is ontzettend schoon en opgeruimd. Heel fijne ervaring dus!

Worker takes his job way too seriously been driving for two hours didn't want a sandwich just needed to pee and said I'd buy a drink and he said it HAD TO BE A SANDWHICH like bro you work at a chain restaurant not a 5 star restaurant ??? so they didn't get any money at all because apparently you can ONLY BUY SANDWICHES in order to be considered a customer

Worker was not letting me nor my sister make our own sandwich, she was only letting us get off the menu which does not make sense because the whole point of subway is to also build your sandwich and I know that because I used to work at a subway. Her attitude was off the entire time not only with us but with the customer she was helping ahead of us. Check your employees.

We were ordering for 6 people, 5 adults and a four year old. The lady working had a poor attitude towards us from the moment she seemed to realize we had a large order.They had no customers when we first walked in. We had walked here from a mile away cause our vehicle is being worked on. The young man working had a better attitude than she did.The young man rung up the order and I paid $97 and some change, the lady worker was still making my husbands sandwich but still went ahead and charged my husband a buck something, for some avocado that my son added to his sandwich. I’m gonna assume the young man told her he didn’t charge us for it because how does she know he didn’t charge me when he first rung me up?It was also pretty warm inside the store so we sat at a table close to the door and propped the door open for the breeze and she came and closed the door, but I had asked the young man if it was okay for me to open the door and he said it was fine.
