i ordered online one day and when i went to pick it up there where closed. i notice people inside so i called and they said they where in fact closed and they couldn’t give me my money back. this was several weeks ago and it was never resolved, i just gave this place $15 to drive to and them be rude to me.

Apparently getting flatbread disqualifies the $6 sub of the day. Never heard of this and can't believe the person franchising this location would let this happen. After paying full price I was given only ONE napkin. Of course I had to come back to get more. Who gives only one napkin for a whole footling sandwich?? If it helps whoever owns the place, I purchased on 11:30am on September 17, 2018. Glad I found out this place sucks on my 2nd visit in my first semester here.

Employee coughed on my sandwich. She also was giving hella attitude. The customer after me bypassed me and paid first. Look I get it if you get bad days cuz I used to have them when I worked in food service, but that doesn't excuse the level of unprofessionalism and disregard I was shown.

"We don't take those here." So after waiting for 39 minutes in a line for sub-par food that's the equivalent of pig slop you tell me that you don't accept gift cards? Every other Subway establishment accepts gift cards, so why not this one? Of course, employees are also untrained or unexperienced. Expect long lines for meals that are unsatisfying, leaving a bad taste in your mouth and brain, after realizing the prices are higher than most Subways. Two words: Never Again.

The management here is terrible. Lines are always super long. They don't do any of the promotional stuff (like the $6 steak and cheese), they DO NOT take gift cards, are confused about whether they will ever take gift cards and DO NOT RESPOND to customer complaints/feedback. Like, at all. They suck. Get them off campus. I'd rather have a chipotle or other "healthy" fast food option.

I read the other reviews about this Subway being incredibly slow, but decided to eat here anyway (though I saw people flying through the Panda line next door). But it's true, the line here is painfully slow. The people making sandwiches are literally moving in slow motion, even when they see many people in line. One of the employees was also extremely rude and mocked me when I wanted to make sure I was getting the right bag of chips. How rude and unprofessional. Two words of advice for her: Be better. For everyone else, eat somewhere else.

I really like this place its super clean the peoplw who work here are very nice and cheerful and they handel the food that i order with extra care. Im a usual here and they already know who i am and know me by my name. This is the only subway ill ever go to before work.

While the sandwich tasted like a sandwich made at any other Subway, the service was the worst on campus. Aramark needs to fire every single one of these visibly miserable students and find some that understand customer service.... had better experiences at the DMV. 👎👎

The only reason why this Subway gets a two star (compared to the normal 1 star) is because compared to everything else on campus, this is the least horrible options available. If I need to eat and don't want to leave the CSUEB campus, the only option is Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, and the dining hall hence this is the least crappy option (not a high bar to aim for). Yet I see this as the nuclear option if I can't go off campus for a meal.

Incredibly slow. By the time I get through the line I'm keeling over dying with hunger. It's ridiculous how slow the staff is. And they have three people behind the counter. So I'm not sure why it's so slow.

Cold cut combo is supposed to come with salami. There was no salami in my sandwich and when I asked about it the girl said they come prepackaged in wraps which is understandable but I still did not have salami in mine. She then pointed at the ham in the wrap and was adamant that it was salami even though it was ham. No use in arguing but terrible customer service skills. Some days the staffs good but this morning they were terrible. This is what happens when kids make your food, not going here ever again.
