The owner accused me of trying to defraud him out of two sandwiches. I showed them proof of my order on the app and on my banking app. It hadn't yet come through on their end. They refused to make my food or give me a refund.

Ridiculous , they say they close at 930, I call at 847 for a simple sandwich and they talking about they are closed, like why are you answering the phone than??... she says register is closed and hangs up,, I get worked up because everywhere online it saying they are open so I call again at about 9:03 she answers again!! And I ask are you guys open? She catches on to it being me again I supposed and goes on to say we are closed, mind you she is inside a fully operating subway that is not supposed to close for another hour, fully stocked, no lines no backed up with orders, nothing , I mean nothing to do because she obviously is still answering the phone making sure she's answering during those supposed business hours!!... so anyway I ask if I can just pay cash since the problem is the cashier being closed (according to her) ,, she than says no because we count the bread ,, I was flabbergasted if that was really the case you can easily leave a note saying you took one extra bread!!.. but omg the audacity!!!! ; I understand if you are new and depend on managers or other workers for your job so certain days when certain workers are the only ones around the business is forced to close early, I understand that it's called life!. But be honest about it please !!. Don't tell me no u can't help me during your business hours because u are still closed even after 15 mins after hanging up on me telling me the same thing jus to go ahead and answer again to repeat yourself ?!.. that's why I know it was an incapable worker who can't even make a sandwich , I'm sorry because I assume they are new and just simply did not know how to go about the situation, but to management please !!!.. I mean with those type of lies it's like who are y'all even hiring ???!.... Can't even come up with a sophisticated lie , & she got two tries!!!... smh

It was 7 pm more or less, and it was full, unfortunately there was only one young man serving, however he was extremely kind and helpful, while the bread was toasting he served another client; He took the time to serve each customer with great attention and care. We had to wait but when it was our turn he tried to talk while he put together our order. Excellent attention.

Beware of the deceptive advertising on Door Dash. When they offer a Cold Cut Combo it's supposed to come with bread. It is not advertised as a SALAD in the app. I paid $41 for lunch and got s**** How in the hell was I supposed to know that the cold cut ordered was a salad? I ended up giving my husband my lunch and I skipped out. They really need to clarify the advertising in the app.

I wish I could give a 0 I’m not a person to ever give a bad review.Today I walked in to get a cup Of ice I didn’t know I was go to get ripped off with the price I got a cup of ice and it was small cup the guy charged me 2.73 I’m honestly shocked I had to take it but the guys really over charged me I will never go here again . This is unbelievable store that they make there own prices what a shame!!

Ordered online order at this location. Ordered two sandwiches footlong added extra avocado on both sandwiches they charged me but did not add in any of the sandwiches also ordered personal pizza and this how the pizza looks first thing they did not sliced the pizza and the crust is so soft looks like they microwaved it only had to cut the pizza at home, my money is wasted on that and the sandwiches looked really horrible they put extra sauces inside the sandwich and the wrapper was torn cause of that. I have attached the receipt along with this review. I tried to call couple of times no one answered the call. It is really upsetting paying that much for the food and money is wasted for nothing.if there was option for no star I would give 0 rating to this store.

Staff are super friendly and when it's really busy sometimes they sometimes forget custom requests but that's understandable.

This was the worst Subway I've ever been in. We were on the road traveling when we stopped in for sandwiches to go. We could not believe that their restrooms were closed to customers. I begged them to let us use them, but they had the area blocked off and the sign was blacked out about asking for the key. Then the people in front of us had some kind of issue with their receipt. We wore our masks as requested. However, it was a nightmare experience between waiting for the issue with the previous customer to be resolved so we could pay, and not being able to use their restroom. I will never stop in Hayward again while traveling.

Came into this subway for a bite to eat. There were 3 people ahead of me and I hesitated. Baaabbyy when I say Uriel moved so quick to get us in and out. It was like he had Superman hands lol. I was in and out in less than 10 mins. Thanks Uriel!
