I couldn’t even order because those two staff members were in the back. And when they did come to the front, they did not greet me or ask if I wanted to order so I just left. Terrible service so I will go elsewhere I do not recommend
The smoothie base contains milk and that is not listed anywhere on their menu. When I received my smoothie, it didn’t taste like fruit It tasted horrible. When I brought this to the attention of the employees and asked if they could do anything about it, they said no And that’s when I discovered they put milk in their smoothies. I wasn’t offered a refund or even just a replacement drink. I would never recommend this place to anyone. What a waste of $20!
And their feedback button online is a broken link. I don’t think they care about their customers.

Just went for the first time and I ordered on the iPad. The girl working there was very rude and wouldn’t give me a straw even after I nicely asked. The drink was still decent but hard to drink

My favorite smoothie, there is something uniquely delicious about surf city. The staff has been friendly every time.
Not happy. Didn’t open until 11:10 cashier was off putting like she didn’t want to be there. Took 16 minutes to make two smoothies what a joke.
