Been going here for years, great selection of milk teas and snacks; love the takoyaki and mango coconut milk fanatics. But pleeeaaaase bring back the white almond milk tea and red bean almond milk tea, they were amazing!!

Okayish place for hot/cold tea. Even the light sugar level was pretty sweet for us. Then can make anything hot except for the smoothie (duh). Will give this place another chance. They had some food as well but did not try.

standard drinks, i order the sweet potato fries, the staff is always really nice and treat me well - you can order at the counter or use the self-order kiosk for convenience (pictures, descriptions, tap to pay)
service is nice and orders come out in a timely manner thanks to the mom and pop that run this location, sometimes the cashier is a new trainee so please be understanding and patient, they’re just students
plenty of seating, ADA accessible
there is a public bathroom, please use it well and keep it clean

Very rude staff here. I haven’t come here since 2022 but from the looks of it, not much has changed. As someone who works retail and is going to school, I understand that costumers can be rude and unreasonable as well. But when costumers are simply trying to order food/drinks and just relax, just be kind. This is your job that you signed up for. I understand rude/unreasonable costumers, but I also understand costumers that just want to come in and order, and have a relaxing time. The attitude is so unnecessary, just do your job that you signed up for.

The service staff was very poor and not happy. When I ordered more, she sighed with an unhappy expression. I intended to drink milk tea to relax, but when I met her, I lost all sense of relaxation. I will never come back to this place again.
his was my first time visiting T4 in Hayward , and I was impressed by the clean and inviting atmosphere. The environment was really nice, making it a pleasant place to relax. However, I was disappointed with my Coffee Milk Tea, as it wasn’t the same as what was advertised on the menu. The taste and presentation didn’t match the expectations set by their promotional images. It would be great if the items served could align more closely with the advertising to avoid any confusion or letdown. Overall, I enjoyed the ambiance, but the inconsistency with the drink left me a bit unsatisfied. I hope they can improve this aspect in the future.
