his was my first time visiting T4 in Hayward , and I was impressed by the clean and inviting atmosphere. The environment was really nice, making it a pleasant place to relax. However, I was disappointed with my Coffee Milk Tea, as it wasn’t the same as what was advertised on the menu. The taste and presentation didn’t match the expectations set by their promotional images. It would be great if the items served could align more closely with the advertising to avoid any confusion...

The drinks we ordered were really good. We got 7 different drinks and they were all made well and tasted great. So if you want some quality drinks, this place has that covered.However, there are a couple of downsides. First, we had to wait around 25 minutes to get our drinks, which is a long time considering the store wasn't that busy. Second, the tables were dirty and no one was taking care of the dining area.

There are lots of good options for food menu and drinks at this T4 location, but I always stick to my favorite - Takoyaki and Elegant rose royal tea. Their egg puff and Popcorn chicken are delicious as well. They tend to get busy in the afternoon but service is fast and the staff are friendly.
