Very inconsistent quality. Last week, the corn chips were hideously rancid because someone's not changing the oil. Tonight, I ordered supreme tacos and they forgot the sour cream. Every time I go here, there's something, every single time, that they mess up.

Service is slow. Be prepared to wait for a long time for your food. I’ve been sitting in the parking lot for more than 10 minutes with about 10 other cars. Pay your workers decent wage Taco Bell and maybe you’ll get more workers. Being short staffed is poor business management. The Taco Bell in Jackson St does much faster service.

Service wasn't bad, food was made okay, cashier was friendly enough. But the only problem was the dine-in situation, you guys can reopen the full dining area and fountain drink station now since only half the dining area was open while the rest and the fountain machine were all blocked/taped off like really, 2 almost 3 years into this pandemic and you guys are still doing this? Just reopen it for god sake and stop with this over the top covid paranoia please, thank you.

Very disappointed.Most of the time they forget things on your order.But they will also make you wait for 20min out front to give you cold food.Its worth finding someplace else. I have this place many trys over the last 3 years,it just keeps getting worse.

It has been 35 minutes. Started off with 6 cars in front of me. One car left. Unacceptable! You can't go inside to order. Just got the food after 40 minutes. I will never go again. Both Foothill and Jackson Street allow you to order inside and never a delay like this. It happened last week but I didn't realize this is the way they are running their business. They should have a sign warning of the delay before you get stuck in line.
Worst Taco Bell KFC as I went there and they ran out of chicken. How does a KFC run out of chicken? I ended up going somewhere else. Drive thru you always get sent to a number in the parking lot and they always get my order wrong as they always miss something.

I live next door to this taco bell, and I will drive to the one in industrial because of the huge wait times. There will literally be 20 minute wait times here in the day time, and there is a woman here very frustrated. I wish they would hire more staff here. They would frequently give me the wrong food too. I blame it on the owner first for not providing enough people and second on the management, because the altitude of one woman here is very poor. But I blame it on the toxic environment.
