Order two super nachos to go nothing put to the side everything on it and then was given a comment. Oh look look there’s no hair because the last time ordering there they had hair in their nachos, but I think it’s very unprofessional to sit there and make such a comment like that to a customer

I visited Guadalajara Tacos today hoping to find pozole with handmade tortillas, and Diana went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Let me start by saying this: I truly don’t understand why this place has poor reviews. PLEASE give this location a try and go based on your own experience. I’m so glad I did, because everything was absolutely amazing. The food was incredibly delicious, full of flavor, and freshly made to perfection. The salsas were definitely spicy, exactly how I like them. It’s rare to find a place that says their salsa is hot and actually means it! The horchata was hands down the best I’ve had so far, made from scratch, rich, and full of flavor.
The entire staff was great: attentive, clean, organized, and professional. They communicated well and explained how things were prepared when we had questions. We were served generous portions, and everything tasted so good that even after getting full, I still took food home. Diana, you and your crew this morning were wonderful. Thank you so much for being kind, attentive, and making sure everything was prepared the way we wanted. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Everything is good
A true Mexican taco. Open door. No seat in the bathroom. What it lacks in atmosphere it makes up for in food. Great prices for the food, worth a visit.

I guess I went when Nobody was there which was a Plus for me I hate long Lines. The Cashier was ok she spoke her best English and I probably spoke my worst Spanish Ordering. I got a Super Carne Asada Beef 🌯 Burrito No Rice 🍚, Pico DeGallo, Jalapenos Whole Beans 🫘 Cheese 🧀 Onion 🧅 and Cilantro. Ok so First they pulled out Fresh Carne Asada placed it on the Flame 🔥 Grill 🤤 I was like Hell Yeah 👍🏽💯 while he did his thing on the Grill I partook in the Fresh Salsa Bar Togo or for dine in. And in about Less then 5 min I got my Nice size Burrito 🌯 oh! I did get Xtra Steak 🥩 too!
I got to the car unwrapped the foil and Boom 💥 There she was Toasted Flour Tortilla just Beautiful 😋OMG!! Yes this was a Very Good Burrito 🌯 🤤 and I can't wait to go back again 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

This place used to be great, but things have taken a nosedive. The quality of the carne asada has significantly declined, and the lengua tacos were absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t even finish them. To make matters worse, I was charged for two extra tacos that I didn’t order. She was completely rude, and didn’t want to give me a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. You’ll be wasting your money and disappointed with the food.

Food is delicious. They have cabeza and lengua and a salsa bar.
Service is super friendly.
The place looks like a fast food restaurant, but it's a high value spot.

I am not one to write reviews, but I felt that it was necessary to write this. I loved this place so much, I would come here very often for the past few years. I have never had a bad experience, up until recently. I am not sure what happened, but the recent experiences I have had were not good at all. It seems that the quality of the food has gone downhill because I have gotten sick from eating here twice, which has never happened before. What makes it worse is that I have been overcharged twice by the same person at the register. The customer service and food quality has gone downhill a lot, I won't be coming back any time soon.

There's better Mexican food all over the bay area but you gotta give props to the owners and staff of this bright sunny happy and alright I admit it is a delicious place. Maybe an actual trip to Guadalajara that involves jet engines and cruising altitude and margaritas out of a bottle might be a teeny bit more fun and delicious and happy and sunny tan making but for East Bay SF this place may not take the cake but it's definitely in the running. 😊🥳🤗

This place used to have amazing carne asada and green salsa, but the quality has really gone downhill. The carne asada is now bland and not crispy, and the salsa tastes old. Prices have gone up, but the food isn’t worth it anymore. Customer service is poor, and it’s uncomfortable seeing the owner speak harshly to the staff. The only upside is the young man with tattoos, he’s always friendly. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.

Customer service is so bad! The tripa tacos aren't even cleaned properly when they cook them. Everyone including inside the kitchen when they give you your food are so rude! The prices are overpriced to the max. Do not come here!!
