OH MY GOD! The Mexican food at Taquiera Familiar is extremely delicious. I do not have one complaint and I'm a picky foodie! David and his family are so hospitable and welcoming. The flavor is home cooking!! Clean, caring and quality food is what this restaurant offers customers, so drop on by....the BEST!!!

Worst spot. New chef is terrible. Drove all the way there for the wrong order. Lady doesn’t know how to take order on phone and new chef made food so poorly. She can’t speak English or understand what you’re saying. Taco wasn’t good, didn’t put any grilled onions or anything on side. And puts way too much rice and beans in the burrito. Very clueless. Had me driving a lot to go return the burrito . This place used to be good but I guess they lost the guy chef who used to make the good plates

This was recommended by someone from YouTube. My husband and I went this morning. I told the lady in Spanish what my husband and I wanted. She was very friendly and very nice. We got chips and salsa, the chips were good and the salsa was delicious. We got our food, I got Huevos Rancheros and he Chorizo and eggs. Came with rice, beans, tortillas and a Serrano. Love all of it. Definitely will be going back

Two sisters prepare authentic dishes. Their English isn't perfect but that only adds up to the authenticity of the place! The cook stepped outside to the row of herbs growing just outside to pick up fresh herbs. Not easy to find, but very worth the trouble. We weren't very hungry and ordered just super tacos: pescado, Pollo y al pastor. Plus horchata. All delisious. Street parking ple tiful on Sunday evening.

We’ve been to this place 5 times since we moved, and we are always completely satisfied. I wonder why it is not crowded as those super tacos are amazing! We tried burritos, soups, tacos, chips, and everything is very tasty. Service is fast, family business atmosphere, portions are large. Food with soul.
Close to my house, it’s our go to place. I like the tacos & the beef soup (caldo de res) & for breakfast the huevos rancheros. Good family atmosphere and friendly.

Super Tacos are the best tacos I've ever had! All home made and absolutely delicious. Restaurant was also very clean and service super friendly. Go there, it's fantastic!

Amazing caldos! So tasty! caldo de camarón (shrimp soup) caldo de res (bone broth) menudo. Delicious and healthy. I finally tried something else besides the soups and it was huevos rancheros, they were delicious as well and the coffee is amazing now (it wasn’t good before)

I ordered the wet burrito 🌯 with both sauces, and it was everything a great burrito should be—absolutely delicious! 😋 I also had an Agua de Horchata 🥤, which was refreshing and perfectly sweet. This cute, quick, in-and-out restaurant is great for a lunch break. ⏱️ I noticed many people stopping by for a quick bite before heading back to work, which is exactly what we did. The servers were attentive 👌, and there was parking available 🚗. Will definitely be back! 🌟
