Burritos and tacose are excellent

So good. Go to spot when we come back. Authentic and properly done. So far the menu from basic to weekend additionals to the soups have been on the money.

Best Mexican food I've had in a long time, the salsa that comes on the taquitos was so flavorful, their spicy salsa from the salsa bar was fire, and the carne asada was seasoned perfectly. Also just a really cool, off the beaten path location to chill and relax.

The menu was confusing on the wall but the food is good and the staff are friendly. Three flavors of salsa was a nice touch. It's hard to find but keep trying.

My husband and I spend summers in Tahoe every year. Jalisco's is a must visit every time we come to town. it's great for a cheap lunch or dinner. Whether you get Carne Asada tacos, burrito, or fries you will never be disappointed. I really like the selection of salsa's as well.

The music was better than the food....customer service was sad, didn't feel the love! The Chile wasn't even hot. Smh!

After hearing about this place for years, we decided to give it a try. We've been back many times in the past few weeks and that says it all! They are friendly, the food is delicious and it's reasonably priced. The salsa bar is awesome. It's just a great place to grab some food and relax. Bring cash, I don't think they accept credit cards but not sure

coming from sacramento to work here and we decided to Ordered some food from this spot. The tacos were all STALE, the meat taste nasty and i payed 50 for some STALE A** TACOS . the workers should put more effort in making the food instead of FLIRTING WITH MY CO WORKER. The birria tacos didn't even come with birria it came with cochinita instead of birria . Don't recommend this spot to NO ONE .

The best place in town. Looking for something to eat after the normal dinner time? Come here and order quesadillas and burritos because this place has the best quesadillas and burritos. You won’t regret every penny you spend for the food here.

This restaurant is nearly perfect with good mix of food, really friendly service, and good salsa bar. Whenever we go this place never disappoints the only things I would probably change is add more food options like pozle, birria, and adobe meat. Also some of the burritos taste really dry like the California one which they needs more ingredients and the option to have non-mashed beans. But besides that it's great and I would recommend to anyone.

I've been dining at Jaliscos since 1993 and they continue to deliver to this day. To hear Manny say "What up bro!" with his fist bumps has always made me feel at home. Food has always been consistant and in a world of hyper inflation their prices can't be beat when you are on a budget. Don't expect Cadillac margaritas and molcajetes. This is simple side street taqueria and that what has always made it so great.

I may be a little biased, since this has been my number one restaurant since I was a child, but this is absolutely one of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever been to. It's got nostalgic feelings for me, that may be true, but I recently starting trying more things on their menu, and it's still amazing! I used to just order their great quesadillas and sopa de camarón, but now that ive tried nearly the entire menu, I can say that all of their dishes are just so good. And not just because of nostalgia. Also, the waiters are all very kind, and it's got a very lovely atmosphere to it on a good day. I definitely recommend it, and it definitely earns five stars.
