This business will not accept a hundred dollar bill even if you're buying a hundred dollars worth of food. I was trying to order nine sandwiches which came to a hundred and ten dollars and they would not accept a hundred dollar bill. Not going to this place. Extremely unamerican

I don't like the way some of the cooks mix the meat and cheese together, meat first then cheese on top, the previous owners was my favorite. And the fries could be a little more cooked. If you do go let Antonio make your food, he cooks good. He would get you right ?

Yesterday I ordered the chili cheese steak and curly fries. I work 2 minutes away across the intersection. When I got to work the fries were cold & stale and when I opened my sandwich is was so soggy I just tossed it. Not a good first impression. Plus, the lady working there was incredibly rude but Mark was nice. $20 down the drain.

I think you guys need a new cook!! Who ever cooked this food forgot to put the flavor in it!!! It tastes like I was eating air. It absolutely tasted like nothing!! I got the large mushroom and steak i added extra cheese and bacon and onions and also cheese sauce but they put the cheese sauce in a cup instead of on the sandwich like I asked but whatever. I spent over $26 down the drain. With a bottle of soda too. It's just another chain restaurant that uses young adults who Don't care about their job Owners/Manager if you don't believe me send in an unknown person to purchase an order and try it yourself. I wish you could reimburse me for the TIME i lost thinking about how good my lunch was going to be today!!! PS. I wish I could throw up this food so I can go find something satisfying to eat. A cup of noodles would have been more satisfying!!!

The guy cooking was so rude to the young man wrapping the sandwiches. I assume he was new. I ordered my food for a certain time, and it wasn't ready (20 minutes late). Normally, my experience here is good.
Place was great! Loved that they actually use authentic amoroso's bread.

I have to disagree with the last post, my husband went in and the associate's were goofing off (not paying attention to detail) and got our order wrong, which sucks when you try to call ahead to let them know and no-one picks up the phone. Not only that but when returning, to have our order remade the manager and associate were arguing over my order. If a customer returns with the food assume that it was wrong and apologize for the inconvenience and correct it, don't try to justify it
