Today I visited this restaurant, but unfortunately I had a very bad experience. I waited much longer than expected and no one paid proper attention. The staff’s attitude was not professional, and I did not feel respected as a customer. When someone takes the time to come and dine in, they at least expect good service and basic courtesy. Sadly, I was disappointed. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and improves their service.

My husband ordered lunch for us through the DoorDash app I got a large chicken fritter with pizza sauce, large steak cut fries with bbq sauce and my husband got the cheese steak sandwich. He loved his sandwich and I loved my chicken fries! They were a light lunch for me but did well for me since I am a bit under the weather health wise. We used to eat here in person All the time but both of us have disabilities so it's difficult for us to get out at times but we're happy they deliver. A must recommend for anyone. PS please consider serving up chicken strips as I like these as well!

I have visited this place a bunch of times and I think something has changed. It was hard to tell if it was the meat or the cheese out of it was my taste buds that day. All I could tell was that it didn’t hit like it usually does. The last time it was bomb. I’ll try again but if it’s the same as last time I might go to another location to see if it was just this store or if the changes are company wide.

I went today and ordered a Philly cheessteak with ONLY mayo,Swiss cheese & ketchup and a curl fries. The cashier was very helpful and asked if I'd like to upgrade, unfortunately he didn't relay the right message to the cook. I waited 10 to 12mins for my order. When I got home it was all WRONG. I calles& called no obe answered so I drove all the way back only to get the most rudest, inconsiderate manager ,MY ELDER.... he asked what did I get and proceed to interrupt me and say it has cheese on it,now what's the problem as if I'm a preschooler who doesn't know or recognize colors or food. He does not need to be anywhere assisting customers, no matter whatever position he's in. He never asked how can we fix this,never offered a solution ,he just insisted on saying i said,he said like a KID so I asked for my money back. He was trying to prove a point Like a customer doesn't matter. If that's who you think is good for customers and handling business good luck for longevity let alone I can only guess your profit margins....LOOK AT WHO ???? IT was very disturbing I an all about supporting local businesses but this one ,HE SHOWED HOW HE HANDLES BUSINESSor rectify situations. Yes there were others customers and proceeded to carry on. I know the common thing is to just ignore,but he is in NEED OF TRAINING CLASS it would benefit him & the company to send him to some trainings. As a matter of fact,I'll send you some information regarding help for training. Please let him know you NEVER know who you are encountering,if he knew I guarantee he would have treated me VERY,VERY different. I hope this is taken serious,because this was very serious to me. I came for dinner and to be treated in such manner,just disgust me,very distasteful a man of a particular age you would think since he's seasoned,he would know better. I hope he's not treating the workers any kind of way,they looked very SCARED......Bullies come in all forms young,old,boy,girl,man,women. I will not recommend this place to any one anymore, I got it. Just pure disgust, This is how you treat the people that make sure the doors stay open so that he'll be able to have someone to manage.....WOW!!!!!!

This business will not accept a hundred dollar bill even if you're buying a hundred dollars worth of food. I was trying to order nine sandwiches which came to a hundred and ten dollars and they would not accept a hundred dollar bill. Not going to this place. Extremely unamerican

I don't like the way some of the cooks mix the meat and cheese together, meat first then cheese on top, the previous owners was my favorite. And the fries could be a little more cooked. If you do go let Antonio make your food, he cooks good. He would get you right ?
