I've enjoyed confections from Cupcake Shoppe many times and it's consistently delicious. I like the variety of flavors and the ingredients are quality. The baker is indeed talented. The pricing is in alignment with other places and the service has been great every time as well. The location is easy and safe, as there's a free parking lot behind them and the hours of operation work well too. I am in favor of supporting this wonderful small business and when I'm tasked with dessert, this is my go-to. Highly recommend.

THE BEST CUPCAKES in The Bay Area can be found at this little shop in downtown Hayward. They have so many unique flavors that taste straight up like the actual flavor! If you're a fan of pudding, I highly recommend getting the gourmet Banana Pudding that has an actual cupcake inside! If this doesn't convince you enough, this shop has been featured on TV and actually won Food Network awards! Cupcakes may be good but service is EVERYTHING!Yolanda Diaz is rude, unprofessional and is classless when handling issues related to the employees screwing up orders. Instead of resolving the issue Yolanda actually escalated the issue with her racial and derogatory remarks!#BLM PERIOD!

I've been coming here for years but something feels a little different now. The last few times what I always order has collectively been tasting well not as good as I remember. I went Thursday and decided to try one of the "day old" cupcakes when I took a bite the top of the cupcake was hard it was stale upon checking the flavor menu it was a cupcake from 2 days prior not just the day before. Just thought I'd mention because it was a complete waste being too old to even eat little disappointed
