I ordered the BAHA FISH BURGER TONIGHT. IT WASNT GOOD AT ALL. THE FISH WAS BURIED THE COLE COLE WAS PLAIN. LET ME JUST SAY IT WASNT WORTH $14 I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN

Since they moved into our neighborhood, it has been good.I have no complaints.They started off with vinegar.Now they don't have enough , so now I have to go to the one in Castro valley. Besides that, the service is excellent.I have come to find me a new friend in there.Which all of the employees are respectful and greeting in so that is awesome.

My husband and I go out to dinner every now and then. We have been here twice now and the food is awesome. I ordered the double char burger with cheese and bacon and my husband had the Santa Barbara Cobb salad today. Everything was great! The portions are reasonable and the salad is fresh! We placed our order through the automated kiosk and our food was ready within reasonable time. No problems whatsoever! My husband is in a wheelchair but everything was fine with that and they do have accessible seating in there. It's in one of the newer landmarks built by the city of Hayward so the entrance is inside the parking lot as opposed to the door on the sidewalk on foothill so keep in mind if you get confused 😺 was very happy overall with everything 🐈

Sorry I gave wrong review it’s habit burger that I walk in and the guy at the Cash register looked up while he was working with a Customer and shout with a Code word saying what race I was and everyone of the Employees stopped what they were doing and looked at me for no reason so I knew what this meant and I walk out don’t have time for Racism and to me that meant that my food wasn’t going to be good , even those I live in the building where the Restaurant is I refuse to go there to eat anything and go to the one in Castro Valley

Im so disappointed in this place. I've been looking forward to eating here & when I finally do, my order was wrong. The fries were ok but my chicken sandwich was made wrong. I asked for a certain type of bread & i didn't get it, they offered to give me the bread & i make the sandwich myself. I ordered it a certain way but they still didn't make it right. I never waste food but today, I literally threw my food in the garbage. Its safe to say I won't be back at this one

We stopped here this evening after placing a pick-up order on uber eats. When we got home, we noticed some items were missing from the bag. We returned to the store and was pleasantly surprised at how an employee named John resolved our problem so efficiently. He has great customer service and communication. Thanks John!
