Honestly the manager is one of the funniest people of all Time and if you need somebody to come cheer you up if your having a bad day this is the spot. Also the pizza is really good and the vibe here is one of the best anybody who's in the Hayward area just swing by and you'll know exactly what I mean this is place is all love.

They stay open late night to provide pizza for everyone leaving the bars in the area. They charge a 25% premium from what you see on the menu. Be prepared to pay 25% more. They hand you a menu with one price but when you go to pay it is 25% higher. I feel they take advantage of the drunk people that are super hungry. The pizza is definitely good but, the extra premium is not worth it. Sadly they have got me with this several times because they know you don’t have any other option. Plan ahead for your late night grub. They don’t deserve it!!

The pizza was so good and it was late night when I went it was a few months ago actually and I forgot to leave a review! The slices are HUGE and very filling and they're open late! Service was great and it's right across the street from a bar

My boyfriend got a pizza from here last night and he ended up with extreme food poisoning. He's been puking it up non stop. If you want to risk it and suffer and a chance of getting food poisoning, then come here. I would recommend staying far away from this place. They're clearly not storing their food properly, and giving out foods that are not safe to eat.

I have been coming here since I was in College and they were located across the street. They have always made the best Pizza and Pastas! Their menu is so AMAZING ! And I love how they're open so late ! I wish they were open all night !!

Ordered online from slice app. After placing order I was told it was going to be 55 min. At 1.5 hrs I called supper was told it was on its way. Another 20 min passed abs I called they said they never got the order. Then I was told I was refunded. Then I got a text saying it was coming. Soo I called and they did get it we’re working on it. ThenI called again it was on its way but no actual time given. There was no way to contact the driver. All in all almost 3 hrs passed. Not the experience I was expecting. I spend over $125 bucks, it should have been there in an hour. No discount or anything was given for all the inconvenience. The pizza itself was ok. But not soo outstanding that I would go thru the trouble again to order.

The food was amazing , the pasta we got was the best I've tasted in a while , I recommend trying this place when you want s good place to go out and have a nice dinner, the place is very spacious and has a lot of seating and the employees are very nice!

Zero Stars, literally."Chaotic and Awful" is my label.Went with a group. The cashier waited for us to order, then pointed out that the prices on the menu weren't updated. I said, then those are the prices until you update them. No, there was another list.Cashier then let us know we couldn't order anything but pizza because the cook was just focusing on pizza. My friend ordered a slice (one single slice). We ordered a whole pizza. How do we know when our order is ready. We'll call the number on the receipt. "what receipt? Oh you never gave us one. Can you give it to us? Oh, sure.We waited over an hour. They didn't call out the number but rather the order. "How do you keep track of the order?" Cashier said I remember. Our pizza came, the friend's slice didn't. Friend asked the same person who took their order where is my slice? "Oh, we're not doing slices tonight". Can I get my money back? Sure.The pizza had an undisclosed green leafy vegetable under the cheese which was not listed in the ingredients we ordered.These are not overly critical observations, so whoever is reading this that works here, I mean only to improve your business, but mainly to lower the expectations of future customers, of which I will not be.

While I don't expect employees to be "perfect" it's clear a manager shouldn't leave employees by themselves because it will reflect on your business. She called me back about 20 minutes later and said "what's your address. We might be able to deliver". I told her no need as I'd wait to discuss with the manager (with her tone and attitude I didn't trust she wouldn't do something to the food). She then said "so you just want to complain" and then hung up on me! If that is how the Owner and Management train their employees, not a good move! I've patronized Pizza House for years! This was my last time! I won't return when I get hung up on...I wasn't yelling, I was calm and just stated I'd wait to talk with the manager. Thanks to that service, I'm done supporting a business like that!

Anyone that says this is not the best pizza has never traveled the World. This is a Gem and one of the Top 5 Pizza Houses on the Planet. There is Georgia's in Chemg Mei Thailand. In Chicago their is a hidden spot by the Dana Hotel there is a Place in Rome that makes slices and its a hole in the Wall to Find then there is one Place in NY that Makes Thin Slices to go and little Star in San Francisco. This is the only decent place in the Bay Area to Get Pizza and is better than Zachary's Try it out I recommend the Pizza with extra cheese and pineapple

I'll give 2 stars because it's open very late with the full menu. The food in the other hand was terrible. Prob my fault for not getting just pizza. I order the New York Steak sandwich medium rare.... It was WELL DONE and no flavor. So so sad. I also got the penne pasta with chicken but the pasta was extremely over done, soft like slime very little chicken that actually tasted decent. Never coming back for food that's not pizza.... I'll have to give the pizza a try.

Who is the idiot girl who was working Saturday night????? I had to repeat my credit card number SIX times for the order to go through and then she chuckles when I ask her if she is OK! I then ask her three times that I wanted the pizza delivered to the alternate address I have on file instead of the primary address!!! Guess where the pizza went?? Wrong address! Now I have to contact my bank as this transaction went wrong on every level cuz someone was stuck on stupid behind the counter!! Not a good look Pizza House!
