Everything has been delicious in my kick starter order. I'm surprised how filling it is when it comes looking small vacuum packed and frozen. It's also super low fat and sodium yet very tasty. And, everything tastes so fresh! The vegetables and mushrooms are as if just cooked. The only 2 negatives is the price (especially with added shipping) and that it comes in styrofoam.

Never received my order due to it being damaged and fed ex disposing. Multiple requests via chat/e-mail and leaving messages for a new shipment. Finally received a reply they would send the next week. That was weeks ago and nothing. I again made many more requests or to get my money back and no reply. Will now have to charge off the transaction, and have wasted way more time on this than I care to think about. Really frustrated.

The menu it's a little underwhelming only about a 1/3 that's really good. I'd rather have my cooking but it's good to fund a vegan business while getting some help, but it's never really how it happens

The Vegan Garden is the BEST! At first I was skeptical when receiving my first order of food and the packaging; however once I opened and ate each and every packaged food item, I was pleasantly surprised !!! Each item was deliciously made and seasoned well! And let me not forget about the Protein Smoothies! They are wonderful and so delicious :-)I am a lifetime fan and already made my 3rd purchase! The staff is warm and so accommodating! Martina is wonderful!

OMG! Do not order from here! What a scam! flushed $70 down the toilet. I was excited to try for my daughter who is a vegan. I ordered some meals to try. I recieived confirmation email that it was shipped Aug. 10th on Aug 18th I received a message from Fed Ex (not even sure it was really Fed Ex) but they said it was left at doorstep on the eve of the 17th. First of all 7 days for perishable food is a long time. But Did not receive pkg and our cameras confirmed it was not delivered. Asked my neighbors but no one has seen fed ex pkg. Tried to call company they are not answering phone. Can't get on website now! What the heck?? Buyer Beware!

I was excited to receive my package but it did not come the day it was supposed to arrive. I got a message from the post office that they had to fix the label because it was destroyed. Then when I get the notification that my item had been delivered I get home & there is a smell coming from the box. I open it & some of the items were busted. so there was food all over the package & the food was not longer cold. Very annoyed that money was wasted.

I ordered 2 meals to be delivered. All I got was a confirmation email. I didn't get a email saying when it would be delivered. I emailed saying I wanted to cancel the order the next day. I got no response after emailing 4 times! Beware this company is a scam! They will take your money!

I LOVE The Vegan Garden! I was so sad when they were not shipping to Massachusetts, but my order arrived today. The food is delicious and the portions keep me on a weight loss track. I hope to never have to leave you again!
I was super hopeful for this delivery. I gave it two stars because they did ship my order properly, and everything was packaged nicely, but that was about it. I was super let down with the taste. A few more spices in the dishes would have done wonders. Everything tasted bland or watered down. I basically wasted $200 buying the 28 meal plan, because I don’t plan to eat anymore. Again, the company itself did send me what I ordered, it just wasn’t very good.

Some of their juices are great, some of them are gross--the texture is horrible, not smooth at all, with jelly-like chunks and floating gunk. But my main problem with this company is that I contacted them twice to try to work out what to do with all the juices that were nasty and they completely ignored me! I wanted to avoid giving them a poor review because I like to support small businesses and vegan products, but this is unacceptable. If you want the security of knowing that your food order will be consistent in quality and that customer service will be prompt and helpful, look elsewhere! Too bad.

I ordered the 3-day juice cleanse. Great taste, convenient and good price. I think the groupon price is fair but would never pay more. I find juice cleanse to be tough since I like to eat but this one is very tolerable. Yummy and filling

So I'm changing my review as I spoke with the owner, who explained that FedEx is having issues with getting the shipments to the customer on time. That doesn't surprise me as I've never had much luck with FedEx. They are working on a solution so that they can start shipping to these states again. I get that sending frozen items can be an issue, but I've gotten food from other companies with no problem. It might be a recent thing with FedEx, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. I've bought from a TON of other companies, and I just don't like their food as well as The Vegan Garden's meals. I would love to stay a customer, so I hope the issue is resolved soon.
