Came by for the first time and wanted to try something cool on a hot AF day! This place is pretty close by and across the street from buffalo bills (which has now closed so sad). Ordered the ube and chocolate taiyaki along with the waffle corn dog. Got my ice cream and will admit they were awesome! The waffle was also nice and crispy! I downfall....they forgot to give me the waffle corn dog ://///

We went on a Sunday afternoon, it was not busy at all. Walked in to a staredown from their employees, not one of them greeted us hello or asked if we had questions about the menu. They were sold out of (or didn't have) half their menu items, which included the ube ice cream/taiyaki that we went there specifically for. We were told it was being refilled but they didn't offer how long it would take, so we ordered a fruit soda instead that was overly sweet and just okay. We saw customers a short while later with the ube taiyaki, so clearly it wasn't all that long to be refilled...Overall, customer service definitely needs improvement. But I'm willing to go back to give it another try.

Ice cream and waffle are good. My issue and what will limit my visits here are that I always have to ask for a fresh waffle. Many times they give me a cold waffle that has been sitting out and is not fresh and does effect the quality of the taste. The last time I visited the waffles they gave us were cold/stale. When I touched the waffle I asked the guy is this a fresh waffle? He says, "yeah it has only been sitting out 10 min". I gave him a look like "really". Then he says, "okay, 20 min". I gave him the same look again and asked if we could please have a fresh waffle. He said, "it will take like 6 min". I'm like "okay". What's the problem with waiting 6 min for fresh food that taste better???!!! There wasn't a line and even if there was a line I'd wait for fresh food. I enjoy their ice cream with waffle I am just tired of having to ask for fresh food.

3.5 stars for the overall experience! SERVICE Was a bit strange trying to navigate through ordering and after ordering. We placed an order over the phone and they weren't the most helpful. They remained quiet on the other end and we had to say hello? A few times because there was no active response. Then when we arrived to pay, they started to make our drinks, however, they couldn't remember what size we ordered and just gave us whatever cup they had available. My sister ordered a large of her Italian soda and they put her drink in a medium cup and didn't say anything until we noticed our cups were the same size. She went up to the counter to compare her cup to the sample they had on display. Only then did they say they ran out of large cups and asked if we wanted a second cup for free. FOOD What makes this even more disheartening is that the food & drinks were tasty. HOWEVER, some parts of my food were burnt. Not much but along the sides of the hotdog waffle stick. The cheesy cheese waffle (which was my absolute favorite) wasn't burnt. Apparently, their waffle sticks are a hit or miss with the burning. Not sure if I'll be returning, but if you decide to stop by, the waffle sticks are great! The orange cream milkshake I had was really light and tasted delicious. Kinda like drinking a cloud, lol.

Cute place, this used to be a froyo shop. We ordered ice cream and waffle dogs. Both of which were delicious. Street parking may be difficult but there is a free parking garage in the rear.

BEAUTIFUL place, super friendly staff, amazing, yummy and unique menu choices...they got it down! They even have a butterfly winged wall so you could take pictures! I love the Taiyaki, I get the Coconut Ube with Nutella filling alone. With my partner we share Cookies N' Cream and Nutella filling. I haven't had everything on the menu JUST yet, but soon I will, and I guarantee I'll love it all

Waffles have a nice chewy crunch. Taiyaki with red bean or nutella filling was pretty good.Could be cleaner, watch where you sit or just take it to goThey are out of a lot of toppings, but they still have mochi. Things like slushes and swirls are not available despite pictures, had to explain that to little kid that can't read and wanted stuff in pictures

I can here expecting a great find. I finally found another close yogurt dessert place or so I thought. The place is right next door to Century 16 in downtown Hayward. There is a close parking garage near by as street parking will be difficult. Both my girls and I ordered their Taiyaki ice cream dessert. The small size was perfect as they do give you a generous amount for the price. I also wanted to try their shaved ice dessert bowls. I think the disappointment here was that they don't make the Taiyaki fish cones fresh as you order and the flavor of the soft serve was very artificially flavored. The chocolate and Ube don't even taste like the real thing. The Ube had so much food coloring, it was dark purple and it stained the table! Ekks! Also, the Mochi bites was stuffed inside the fish cone with the Nutella and a few pieces on the soft serve. The Mochi bites were so hard, too! That was a waste of $0.95. We barely ate it. Actually, we didn't finish our desserts and threw the rest away. Service was ok and made it fast. I guess I wasn't expecting great friendly service on a Sunday but there was barely anyone there at that time we came in the evening. At least, have a smile sir!! I guess my rating is a good solid 2 stars. Price is similar to other places but at least they have two sizes for Taiyaki fish cone desserts. Not sure I would come back. [34th R]

Went there for the first time last night and they didn't have anything available besides milkshakes and the taiyaki soft serve. Maybe it was the time of day? It was at 715 and they close at 830. They had sticky notes for everything they didn't have which was about half of what they offered. The one note they had that I thought was hilarious was "Coming Soon, Maybe not" for their snowflake ice cream. At least they're being honest right? Also their cup says TikTok, but the place is called iKot iCream? Maybe new ownership? Very confusing. For place to be almost 5 stars I would've expected so much more.

Ice cream is not creamy enough for me and the inside and bottom of the cup is all hollow so it feels like a rip off for 6 bucks the waffle fish cone is excellent though

Tried this place for the first time recently and I know I will be back. The moment you walk in, you're greeted with the yummy smells of the freshly made cones and baked goodies. I had the non-dairy Ube dessert and it was sweet and delicious...so much so that I bought a small size cup and regretted not going for a larger size. Being Vegan, I know there are flavors I can't try but the fact that there are flavors that are non-dairy is great and, knowing how delicious it was, I'm sure the other flavors are delicious as well.

Came in this place with my husband and my kids after being excited to try the taiyaki ice cream. We walked in and we were not greeted so we decided to greet the cashier. Still no response just looking at us we said hello multiple times. So I asked does the guy talk. The cashier still barely said a word so we just ordered the guy was no help with helping us to decide what was the most popular item. I probably won't be back being how our first time was ruined due to bad costumer service. Not mention the other employee was just sitting on the side with her friend until she decided to get up and make our waffle dog lol never again

Excellent soft serve ice cream! It's very flavourful and not at all cheap tasting like most soft serves I've had. I got the cookies and cream and it came with a cute eagle come shaped like a fish eating my ice cream. Lol Great presentation, clean location and great food!

I don't think I've ever wrote a long review on here before, but felt I should do my due diligence as a human being after my experience at this establishment. My friend and I each got a taiyaki fish cone, with cookies and cream and matcha ice creams. After ordering, a lady went to the bathroom, emerged, and promptly told the staff, "Your bathroom is horrifying. Please do something about it." Not what I'd want to hear walking into an ice cream shop, but hey sometimes sh** happens right? The staff acknowledged, but did not (to my knowledge at least) move to clean up whatever had transpired previously in the bathroom - yet another red flag we should've heeded. Our matcha and cookies and cream ice creams + taiyaki fish arrived and I noticed the color of my friend's matcha ice cream was highlighter green, instead of the more subtle green color matcha ice cream normally is and felt concerned. My cookies and cream ice cream was an asphalt color - there seemed to be no cookies or cream in it appearance wise. I felt more concerned seeing this, but still gave benefit of the doubt. We dug in, put the ice cream in our mouths, and were thoroughly disappointed. I'm not sure if disappointed is even the right word, considering each of our orders was $6. Perhaps I felt dread that I hadn't used my $6 to buy something else. Both ice creams tasted extremely artificial - not anything like what you'd imagine green tea or cookies and cream to taste like. We didn't finish the ice creams. Also, both my friend and I had diarrhea after. We've eaten at the restaurant we went to before dessert and never had gastrointestinal issues - the only anomaly in our experience this time was TicToc Desserts. I think I would not have left a review if the ice cream only tasted bad, but this was the last straw for me. They have illustrations of their chocolate ice cream swirl in a taiyaki fish, shaped like a perfect piece of p**p - if only our own p**ps were anywhere near as solid as those pictures after eating at TicToc Desserts. At least their taiyaki fish was decently good?
