You know a good food spot when you see the staff rushing around to get the orders done. I went in on thursday (8/28/2025) 2 female workers literally rushing around the store knocking orders out from the online system, the phone and the line. No complaints! Everything was perfect. 100% speed 100% correct order 100% great customer service and attitude. Definitely a go to spot.

The service I experienced at this location beats out every TOGO'S I've been to in 2024, combined. I walked in and was immediately acknowledged. None of the other locations even looked into my direction, busy or not. They were very nice and asked if I was picking up, which I was. I was out of there in under a minute. 🤯

Stopped by for lunch on a work trip. Never heard of this chain before (I'm an east coast guy) but really enjoyed the food and atmosphere! Parmesan bread reminded me that I didn't have to go to Subway to enjoy interesting bread options on my sandwich. Would definitely go back!

The women working this morning were awesome! I am so bad at names, but I believe it was Chantel & Sophie? There was a power outage this morning so everything went down and they had a ton of orders. They still were in great spirit and so welcoming. We ordered online but I had to show my order so they could make it. It was quick despite all they had to do. I appreciate the awesome customer service!! Best I've experienced at this location. (It was bad in the past)

Was really excited to try this place and take it home as it’s called TOGO’s, sandwhich didn’t hold for even 30 minutes Way too much sauce and didn’t take off the veggies we asked them to, won’t be back and $30 wasted on food we didn’t eat

So I got the $9 daily deal it was roast beef which says it's a 6-inch sandwich there was no way it was a 6 inch sandwich.I don't know if the franchise owner is trying to save a buck or two. When I go to the bay fair Togo location in San Leandro I order the same daily deal and the sandwiches are actually fulfilling. Ill never come to this location ever again I feel I was ripped off. I'm going to take this issue to corporate. Very unprofessional on this locations part.
