I stopped by the Wienerschnitzel in Hayward and had such a great experience. The late shift employees are super friendly, fast, and made sure my food came out fresh and hot. The team was welcoming and had great energy, which made the visit really enjoyable. The restaurant was clean and the service was quick. I really appreciate the consistency and great customer service – the late shift definitely goes above and beyond.

Nice store as far as being clean. Food is AWESOME 👍🏼 Conveniently situated one block from downtown center, making for easy access and exit. It's also within one to two blocks of the downtown Bars, Tavern, Pubs, Clubs, and Movie Theater Plex.

They recognize you as soon as you enter the establishment..but, because I enjoyed my first second third fourth visit I decided to come back and eat for the 5th time they had an orange shirt worker that was working the register the first time I saw her she totally ignored me and helped another guy but the second time she took my order and run me up Way beyond the price of what I ordered and walked away I asked her what is this and she stated that it was my order, should have been only $7 she hung up 26 and was very nasty about it the manager has to come up and fix the problem well the problem is that you need to let her go back to wherever she came from because not only I complain but there were many customers complaining in the parking lot about this specific person in the orange shirt who I know register never Tally's up 😞
