Wingstop in Hayward is hands-down the best! Their wings are always crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. I'm obsessed with the atomic and mango habanero sauces. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always gets my order right.

Definitely not open till midnight. Call ahead once it gets dark. Tonight's staff had everything shut down and cleaned prior to my arrival at 10:50 p.m. They were there, just unable to help.

Avoid at all cost. Literally costs to come here. I didn’t get my refund even though my sandwich was Raw!!!! The regional manager was there, he introduced himself tall Arabic man , he refused to re make it and did not refund me. Worst customer service ever, ever. Just rude. I mean I am a paying customer why not give me what I payed for. Makes no sense to me. Just don’t go.

Tasty wings owners more like Dry and bland wings. The Louisiana rub was just drenched in oil. The fries had no seasoning and we chose the lemon pepper fries . Poor service and the restaurant was not even busy . Downtown location going downhill.

I ordered online and I waited for AN HOUR, 20 mins after I ordered online. They told me that their system is down but I seen many people get their order that came AFTER me. Terrible experience.

Ordered a pick-up for a single sandwich. I waited 20 minutes until the app said that my order was ready. When I arrived, they told me “it’s coming right up.” I waited for another 20 minutes and my single sandwich still wasn’t ready. Asked them again about my order and the cashier said “it should take 5-10 minutes.” (What?) I asked if I could come back because I have to go, and the boy at the cashier told me “well, that’s on YOU.” And went back to converse with his coworker. I stood there very hurt, because what did I ever do to you? It can’t take 40 minutes to make a single chicken sandwich, while you make everyone else’s big order. I left and I was too anxious too back. This wingstop is usually good and friendly but today was not the day. Probably won’t go here again, sorry.
Everything about this place is sketchy, so much so you can taste it before you eat it. Please don't go here.

I asked for ketchup and the worker said they don’t have any so I asked my friend to go and get ketchup and he gave her some so when I went back he told he that he went to the back and found some but there was a whole box right behind him so when I pointed at the box he said that he didn’t give it to be because of the friend
