Ordered a pick-up for a single sandwich. I waited 20 minutes until the app said that my order was ready. When I arrived, they told me “it’s coming right up.” I waited for another 20 minutes and my single sandwich still wasn’t ready. Asked them again about my order and the cashier said “it should take 5-10 minutes.” (What?) I asked if I could come back because I have to go, and the boy at the cashier told me “well, that’s on YOU.” And went back to converse with his coworker. I stood there very hurt, because what did I ever do to you? It can’t take 40 minutes to make a single chicken sandwich, while you make everyone else’s big order. I left and I was too anxious too back. This wingstop is usually good and friendly but today was not the day. Probably won’t go here again, sorry.

Came in here I didn’t know it was super busy. Ordered 45 min before coming in. The guy at the front got my order wrong and I explained to him over 5 times. He says “my bad” I didn’t read the full receipt. Waited almost another hour for 1 chicken sandwich. Another girl got irate and then asked for extra ranch and the cashier gave it to her. But I asked and the guy goes I have to charge you, just pick and choose I guess. The cashier was a young Mexican guy.

The witness give us the wrong order with a over confident. When we have to return it back, she refuse to take any responsibility for her mistakes. When I ask how to pay back for our driving 20 mins, she said nothing for that.I literally don’t understand why wing stop can let this store continue open.It makes people dislike wing stop as this store continue opening.I wait for 40mins. Drive to home and drive back for 40mins. I holy didn’t understand why such store keep attitude like this.

Everyday they come up with an excuse as to why I can't place an order over the phone. Yesterday it was that they system was down and that I have to pay online and today they saying they won't start making food till when I come in. What is the point of calling ahead. Makes no sense to me. I would give this location 0 stars. Actually negative 100 stars

This place should be shut down... you've been warned!First of all, the order took twice the time it was quoted to be prepared in through the website (16-21 minutes). They did not seem busy at all. Then, upon entering the store the staff is more focused on scrubbing floors than the orders at hand, which seemed more than they could handle at the time, although nearly most of the restaurant was empty... also why are you handling food and sanitary floor equipment at the same time... major red flags everywhere.Without supervision, these representatives were just giving away orders without even bothering to check if the order had been completed or met quality standards. After waiting 40 minutes for my food and finally taking it home, 1/3 of the order is missing! So I call back regarding the fact that the food is missing and would like a refund for the fact that my siblings now can't have dinner... and the customer service representative apparently can't give me refund cause I "still received most of the food except the wings". The wings were the highest ticket item on the order... doofus. $20... for 8 pieces that you couldn't even toss in a bucket and sell... They didn't even BOTHER to show an ounce of care for their terrible and inadequate service. Worst of all, he couldn't refund me cause there was "no supervisor on duty". This is a terribly run location with people who appear more stoned out to their minds to operate a fast food restaurant during late night than they care. Bad vibes, stay away!!! You've been warned by me and several others here! If you want to miss half your order and still get charged the full price with zero explanation, remorse, or reconsideration then come on by!!!
