Food is good but damn, an hour wait for a pickup order is crazy business. And this location has been like this for atleast two years, 0 improvement. I even feel like it got worse. So if you’re craving a Wing Stop, order an hour in advance, or order somewhere else.

I’m updating my review from 1 star:I’ve come here a couple times since my last review and it seems that their management is making some needed changes.The service is better, and the ladies at the counter are friendly and professional.However, when it is busy they still seem to pick and choose whether they are servicing the pick up line or ordering line.It’s a common issue for myself and many others to be ignored in the pickup line while our food is clearly waiting on the ready rack.If people are waiting in the pickup line it would only take a few seconds to check if their order is ready or not- instead of trying to lock in incoming orders…

This place is the worse, there are no more people is just me and still 47 minutes and I still don’t get my order, I ask the guy and he keeps saying 5 more minutes and nothing, he didn’t want to do a refund either

I normally don't rate places like this very low, but the atmosphere and service was very bland not to mention I only ordered a chicken sandwich and had to wait almost 45mins for it to be ready is unacceptable. I have 20+ years in customer relations and sales and for me to receive a Chicken Sandwich Cold is Not Cool. Hopefully you will fix this place so I can write a Better Review. Cause I really Love Wing Stop.

Seriously, if you like going on your phone, and can sit for a hour straight, come here I ordered 5 piece wings and it had been over an hour. I ask and check up and they said "20 more minutes." I wait 20more mins and its still not done.
