I’m very disappointed with this experience. I tried calling but couldn’t reach anyone, and the order had multiple issues. The wrong sauce/item was delivered, part of the order was missing, and the service was completely unresponsive. This was honestly a one-star experience.

By far, the worst Wingstop in the area, and I'll explain why. LA Wing Stops and Wingferno are better. The wings are not spicy!!!!!! Why advertise spicy seasoning if you don't offer it?
The service here is atrocious. Atrocious means disgustingly not capable. The employees are young and have no experience. Where is management? I have asked a few times for a manager and was hung up on by the employee on the phone. They refused to give me their name. This is an example of how this place conducts themselves.

Food is good but damn, an hour wait for a pickup order is crazy business. And this location has been like this for atleast two years, 0 improvement. I even feel like it got worse. So if you’re craving a Wing Stop, order an hour in advance, or order somewhere else.

I’m updating my review from 1 star:I’ve come here a couple times since my last review and it seems that their management is making some needed changes.The service is better, and the ladies at the counter are friendly and professional.However, when it is busy they still seem to pick and choose whether they are servicing the pick up line or ordering line.It’s a common issue for myself and many others to be ignored in the pickup line while our food is clearly waiting on the ready rack.If people are waiting in the pickup line it would only take a few seconds to check if their order is ready or not- instead of trying to lock in incoming orders…
