DO NOT have it delivered. Order for pickup & check your items before leaving. I ordered a large soda and got a smaller size. I also ordered carrot sticks since the quality of the fries from this location are never good but did NOT receive them. I love wingstop, but this location lacks attentiveness. I understand if they run out of stuff, but at least improvise. ?

The grease needs to be cleaned, Everytime I get food at this place I get the bubble guts. And the cooks always on their phone playing, making the wait time longer.

Last night I received undercooked chicken. Every last piece was undercooked. I called the restaurant so many times because they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. They still haven’t answered the phone the following day. Literally over $50 went to waste. The sauce was covering the skin on the chicken as if it was cooked well. The skin was beige with absolutely no crisp and the chicken was pink inside. I even asked for the chicken to be well done. It was so horrible, no one ate. Check your food before leaving or you will regret it. I will NEVER GO BACK THERE.

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE, i just got 2 orders of large fries and 20 pieces of boneless chicken. if i put both orders of large fries together it would of made 1 large fries order. The boneless chicken were so small, maybe only 8 of were regular size and the rest were extremely small. some where just batter. Please check you order and talk to a maneger if something is wrong because they should never do this.

Omgosh, the wings are fine....but for the price of $1.45 for each ranch dip package is ridiculously expensive I might as well have the ranch at home ready...I got the Hawaiian and the Lemon pepper flavor and they are delicious... Really, for the price that I pay for 10 wings ($16.99), dipping sauce should never be free or $75 a package of dipping sauce would very reasonable..I'm just saying..

I ordered an 8 piece combo and got 6 original hot, and 2 lemon pepper. I received 6 half covered wings with no extra sauce to fully cover them, and 2 plain wings with no seasoning... I also ordered two tenders with original hot flavor and half the tenders were not even covered in sauce. There was no sauce whatsoever! Disappointed.
