The latest addition to the Appellation Hotels offerings (checkout Lodi) if you haven’t been yet) – this rooftop bar offers panoramic views of the spectacular resort grounds, hillside vineyards and more. My favorite time to go … just as the sun sets so you can watch the lighting transition into this moody sophisticated bar at night. Great noshes to go along with their thoughtfully curated mixology program.
