Had several meals in a recent 5 night stay, breakfasts, pool side lunches, and dinner. All were excellent with great service. The restaurant atmosphere is outstanding, unlike anything you will ever see with live oak fire cooking!
My family and I have been to Folia a number of times now since it opened last year, and this review is truly overdue. Each time was an excellent experience, and most recently on Friday 8/28 and Saturday 8/29/2026, we knew we had missed Folia very much given we live over 4 hours away in Paso Roble now. Our server Leyla (lunch on 8/28 and breakfast 8/29) was simply outstanding!! She is so attentive and can almost read our minds💕The food needless to say is deliciously appropriate...read full review
I booked the Chef’s Counter tasting and had an amazing meal, with very clear and intentional attention to detail. The staff was kind and knowledgeable and the servers and chefs who delivered our meals explained everything in detail and it was fascinating watching all of the prep go into each dish. The price was worth the experience.
