Just an outstanding evening. Was able to meet Charlie Palmer in person (I have been a long time fan). He was so warm and welcoming..
That was followed by some over the top service by Dominik. What a pro he is. Really made for a wonderful experience.
Paulina was our server and she was outstanding. She was friendly, accommodating, efficient in her service and made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere was a combination of both warmth and sophistication. And the food was delicious and very fresh. We come back in a heartbeat.
Somehow I didn’t clock that Folia lives inside the Appellation hotel until we pulled up — and then spent the first five minutes just gawking at the property instead of reading the menu. Under a year old and already flying under the radar, which honestly feels like a crime. This place deserves a line out the door.
