“If you want to spend an evening experiencing what refined hospitality actually feels like when it’s dialed up to an eleven, SingleThread Restaurant is a masterclass.
Attempting to catalog every single bite of this meal would feel excessive, but it’s easily one of the most creatively executed menus you’ll encounter. It kicks off with a massive, 10-bite floral explosion of flavors that sets a staggering benchmark for the night—even if the baby squid bite was a rare miss for me. As someone who doesn't typically lean toward seafood, I still thoroughly enjoyed the entire progression without making a single modification, though I’ll freely admit the dessert course walked away as my absolute favorite part of the night.
To accompany the food, you’ll be presented with three wine pairing tiers: $300, $500, and a casual $1,500 per person. We opted for the mid-tier, and in retrospect, the nuances might have been slightly lost on us—we likely would have been just as happy sticking to the entry-level option. That said, every pour was beautifully matched and elevated the courses perfectly.
The dining room itself is gorgeous, sophisticated, and incredibly relaxing, anchored by stunning floral arrangements that make the space feel alive. Just be prepared for the service: the staff operates with some serious, ultra-soothing ASMR vibes. It’s so calming that you can easily fall into a lull, so don't feel bad if you have to ask them to repeat themselves. It’s an exceptional experience from start to finish.“

“Valette is the kind of restaurant that reminds you why dining out is an experience, not just a meal. The Day Boat Scallops en Croûte is an absolute showstopper—encased in a delicate, golden pastry, it arrives at the table with a dramatic tableside pour of velvety sauce. The result? A perfect balance of buttery richness and ocean-fresh sweetness. Another amazing is the Sashimi Grade Hawaiian Ahi Poke Style. This is not your ordinary poki as it is made with 24 Month Barrel Aged Soy. The level of freshness of the fish truly comes through as the flavors blend perfectly with the crisp avocado. It is a fine line when adding a flash fried avocado to a dish that’s usually served cold. Vallete executes it perfectly! For the main course, the Dry-Aged Duck is a must-try. Crispy skin, succulent meat, and a medley of locally sourced seasonal veggies. Dessert is not an afterthought here. Strongly Suggest even if we do not have room at the end we always order the ItsNotA ‘Snickers Bar’ Deux. Service is impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, and the staff exudes genuine passion for the food and wine they serve. We love the whole team but especially Aaron-Jake-Sean-Isaac are amazing !?!?“

It was of utmost importance to us that we especially acknowledge our server Dominic. He went above and beyond to take care of us and made sure we felt comfortable and satisfied. His regard for hospitality is unmatched. Thanks kindly from the newlyweds.“

“Perfect example of why the dining scene in Healdsburg is so respected and beloved. These gents are true chefs. Potatoes are clearly locally grown, they are so fresh and creamy on the inside, perfect outside crisp.
The chili cheese fries include their homemade chili - it's the best chili I've ever had.
Then there's the burgers. Absolute monster burgers and the flavors of each are so on point, they have like twenty different burgers.
Malted shakes and their speciality shakes like the Valentine's shake are amazing too.
The food here is made to order. Expect refined, high quality food but it does take some time to do it right - and they do it perfectly. Easily the best burger shack I've ever been too.“

“We were in Healdsburg for appointments. Finding a good place for breakfast was on our to-do list. Lots of good options. Today, Acorns Cafe looked like the best choice. We found a calm and peaceful place. The menu wasn't deep with options. What was there was excellent. Order at the counter and it's delivered to your table. Staff were friendly and helpful. We e joked our selections. Portions were fair. Felt a little expensive, $20 per person.“

“It was good to go at five when they first opened. We had our choice of tables outside and the weather was lovely. Attentive, helpful wait staff and our server Liz helped make selections on wine and entrees. Spring salad and croquettes to start were delicious! Halibut and bucatini pasta surpassed expectations! Pasta so flavorful with the noodle textures perfect. Halibut presentation a thing of beauty served on a beautiful sauce with peas accompanied by tempura dipped asparagus! We finished every morsel! Coffee with the strawberry/rhubarb galette was pastry perfection only made better by a rich vanilla ice cream. The entire meal service was prompt and friendly! Never felt rushed. Timing of everything was intuitive and right on cue! We finished our amazing meal and enjoyed a stroll around the plaza! A perfect mean in an amazing setting!“

“We had a great prix fixe meal of 3 courses but the also offer 5 courses. No bad selections except for the cauliflower steak. I don’t think that is worth a steak or shrimp pasta but that is my opinion. Outdoor dining is available and they have heaters by the wall of sliding windows that open up totally he outside. Awesome deserts. I had the cookie butter cheesecake. I died and went to heaven.“
