Came in here for breakfast and there were two other customers in the entire restaurant who had already been helped, so I figured we would be able to get our food pretty quickly. I said we were ordering to go twice and the cashier still asked me if we were dining in. She didn't know the items on the menu and forgot my crepe order. It took 15 minutes to make two items and then the crepe arrived and was basically empty. There were three girls working and all they did was sit around and talk, instead of making our order and didn't tell us when our order was ready at last. It was almost comical. Never coming back.

I have visited this coffee shop, and its predecessor, since it first opened. Wolf Coffee was good, and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, populated primarily by locals, with good wifi and comfy seating. Bean Affair took the space, but Bean Affair coffee just doesn't "do" it for me anymore, as I prefer something more distinctive (like Flying Goat or Plank coffees). Still, I enjoy the pleasant atmosphere and tasty crepes of Bean Affair, just don't expect anything special of their coffee.

Horrible service!!!! No customer skills whatsoever and on top of that, there's a crazy wait time! I waited over 10 minutes for my bagel and smoothie, and the rude lady just gave me a blank stare and continued to take a group of 5 peoples order whom were indecisive. Rather than getting started on my order. Expensive food for crappy service!

Used to be my favorite lunch spot from work but recently they have reduced their menu and occasionally stop serving food early. Overall was better about a year ago. Not sure if they changed owners or not.

Service and food leave a lot to be desired. I waited and waited for my breakfast order. I asked someone and they said they forgot about my order. She asked what I ordered and said she would make it immediately. When I finally got the breakfast crepe, it had no creme fresh which I asked for on the side. The person who dropped my breakfast off said she would bring me some. I waited 5 minutes and still did not receive. I walked up to the counter and both women I dealt with just looked at me like I was nuts. I asked for the creme fresh and one women had the nerve to tell me I didn't order it that way. Never going to give them another penny. Prices are very high for the crappy service and quality of food.

This hidden gem has the best coffee in town as well as amazing food. The crepes are beyond delicious and all the staff have been friendly and helpful. Watch for specials they have some good ones!

Great food and service. Bella Rosa beans are Belissimo! (Good gracious local roasters) The Morning Star is awesome & my favorite. Crepes and sandwiches are delectable! An all around nice coffee lounge to dine & drink in.
