We’ve been coming to Bella Winery and Caves for years, and it truly holds a special place in our hearts. Our daughter Ruby has been joining us since she was a 11 months old — she’s grown up with memories of hoola hooping on the lawn and ending the visit with a delicious peanut butter cup. Every visit feels like we’re returning to family.

The staff is always welcoming and genuine, the wines are consistently exceptional, and the atmosphere is pure Sonoma charm — relaxed, beautiful, and full of joy. Whether it’s a sunny afternoon on the lawn or a cool cave tasting, Bella never fails to make the day memorable.

Thank you, Bella, for being part of our family’s story and for creating such a warm, inviting space where amazing memories (and wines!) are made. We can’t wait till our next visit.

Update 10/1/2025 - We went for our second visit and still an amazing spot. We joined the club previously and this time did a cave tasting with Mike. Who was great even though he is a Cubs fan!
My husband and I went based on reviews of the lawn, entertainment and wines. We had a blast. Our pourer Jackie was amazing and sweet. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable. We were able to taste our flight leisurely and enjoy the grounds and the band playing. The Zinfandels were tasty and we did send some home.

Amazing views, great wine and awesome people. Had a wonderful time tasting wine in the cave and visiting the vineyards. Totally recommend the experience.

Always great to take our family to this beautiful vineyard for a tasting! Absolutely fantastic small winery producing some excellent Dry Creek varietals

Bella Vineyards was me and my family’s favorite winery that we visited while in Sonoma (we went to 5 others)! The tasting experience with Mike was so much fun, the cave was beautiful and unique, and we really enjoyed their wines (they specialize in Zinfandel and Chardonnay). Would highly recommend!

A hidden gem-lovely winery with live music and a rustic feel. The wine cave was very cool and everyone working there was so friendly and generous with the pours. Recommend doing the wine cave + tasting-a bit pricey but worth it! Would definitely go back.

It was not as welcoming as other vineyards we have been to. Service was not great and the servers were okay, not great: experience was underwhelming.

Very entertaining person showing us the offerings from this vineyard. We had a good time and enjoyed the wine.

Beautiful property, fantastic zinfandels, and friendly staff that went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience! We booked the 11am tour for 3 of us in January to celebrate my birthday. We arrived before they opened and were eating an early lunch on their picnic tables when a staff member came out to greet us. We were given a carafe of water, shown where the restrooms were, and told to take our time and come in when we were ready to start the tour as we'd be the only ones on it. FYI the outdoor seating is kid and dog friendly. They started us off with a sparkling wine to celebrate my birthday before the tour began. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the property and the wine making process, and we got to see some of the vineyard, crush pad, and wine cave. The tasting consisted of 6 wines: a Chardonnay, rose, Pinot noir, 2 zinfandels, and a dessert wine. We finished our tasting in a private room in the wine cave. Since we liked their zinfandels so much, they also poured an additional zin, the 2021 Maple Vineyards. The dessert wine was also a fun experience as they brought out a fancy peanut butter cup with salt on top to try with the dessert wine, which created a peanut butter and jelly mix when combined. We unfortunately couldn't stick around to enjoy their property more as we had another winery to visit, but will definitely be back!

The wine was excellent, but the tour was the highlight. Best “bang for your buck” in Napa Valley. Mike was so informative about the wine making process

My wife and I did the immersive wine tour yesterday with Andrew. He knows everything about the winemaking process so it was extremely informative. Whatever questions we had, or direction we wanted the conversation to go to he was happy to oblige. The winery location is beautiful, the cave is a fun place for tasting, Andrew is a great guy to chat with, and to top it off their wines are very very good. Highly recommended.

I can attest to the beautiful view. My father planted the original vineyard on the hill, if it's still there! Might try to get back and visit the winery.
