By far our favorite experience in Dry Creek! We visited on a cold and misty January Wednesday late morning for a very special birthday. We were greeted by Jacob with a saber and a bottle of sparkling. He taught the birthday girl to saber a bottle and we relaxed into a beautiful tasting. We sat in the Library while Jacob led our tasting with ample space for us to visit. We enjoyed our wines with a charcuterie board and then toured the grounds with Jacob. Out of the 6 wineries we visited during our wine country tour Cast is by far our favorite . Gorgeous setting , fantastic tour , warm and welcoming host ( Jacob ) and excellent wine .
