There was a problem with the app not working correctly so the manager gave me my meal and said that they would get the money later and when I got home I had an email saying that the whole thing had been canceled, so, I need to go back and pay him $8.28. And a 100% will do that the next time I leave Cloverdale. That was beyond excellent customer service!

Best Carls Jr I ever been to, went on a Sunday morning met one of the workers there his name was Sim one of the nicest guys I ever met and hell of a customer service he has, the food was 10/10 clean dining and bathrooms fresh food hot and ready I would recommend this place again and meet Sim very nice guy and makes funny jokes. 10/10 restaurant I love it!

Ok. Honestly, I don’t know if maybe we just got lucky but - when we recently visited this Carl’s Jr restaurant, I was blown away at how awesome it was! The customer service was top notch! Like, the man working that night was not only hilarious, he was also very warm and welcoming, and made our meal even more enjoyable than it already was. No joke, this is a superb Carl’s Jr location. It was very mellow there too, and clean. Clean bathrooms too! Woohoo! The food was super yummy and put together well. Fully recommend this spot! & to the guy working the evening shift in there (you know who you are if you are reading this) - you made our night with your radness!! 🤩😎 It is people like yourself who truly make the world go ‘round with your positively infectious energy! I work in HBurg & eat burgers from Carl's Jr once a week. I don't know why it's taken me so long to post a review but I feel compelled to do so. Daniel's (the manager?) customer service is outstanding! As long as he's there, I'll keep coming back even if it's just for a soda. His attitude is infectious & I always leave feeling happy (& my tummy too).
